    Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Efficiency:
      • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
      • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
      • Coordinate with different departments to ensure streamlined processes.
    • Resource Management:
      • Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs.
      • Manage budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness, and control operational expenses.
      • Oversee the management of inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.
      • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills.
      • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide regular feedback.
    • Quality Control and Compliance:
      • Ensure that all operations are conducted according to company policies and legal regulations.
      • Monitor quality control processes and address any compliance issues.
      • Implement and monitor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Customer Relations:
      • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service.

      • Work closely with the customer service team to improve the overall customer experience.
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

    • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
