    Assistant Manager, Customer Service

    Purpose of the Job

    • Responsible for executing the work plan and programs of call center operations in adherence to defined policies and guidelines.

    The Job

    • Assist in ensuring optimal utilization of CRM systems and tools in the call Centre operations.
    • Lead team meetings and present reports for effective decision making to drive improvement.
    • Assist in monitoring compliance to defined service levels within the call Centre.
    • Assist in ensuring prompt, complete and satisfactory resolution/feedback on queries.
    • Monitor team performance to ensure efficiency in call handling and customer service delivery
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limit.
    • Analyze call center data and prepare management report.
    • Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance annually or on an at-need basis.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND preferably in the field of numerate Science, Business Admin, Engineering.
    • 3-5 years’ relevant experience with manufacturing industry and telecom industry.

    The Person Must:

    • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Possess strong capacity to handle stress problem solving abilities and decision making prowess.
    • Have strong leadership ability and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Be familiar with CRM systems and packages.

    Maintenance Planner - Premier Feed Mills

    Purpose of the Job

    • Managing maintenance planning activities to enhance productivity, ensure asset reliability, and optimize the integration of resources.

    The Job

    • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
    • Schedule all planned maintenance and remedial work orders, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
    • Plan parts, materials, and labor for short-term and long-term preventive maintenance.
    • Utilize CMMS/EAM systems effectively, adhering to OEM recommended maintenance standards.
    • Coordinate planning and scheduling meetings, fostering effective communication between maintenance and operations teams.
    • Support lean manufacturing goals, TPM, TQM, and other asset reliability programs.
    • Conduct FMEA on critical equipment to refine maintenance strategies.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or any related field
    • NSE, COREN, CMRP membership with relevant professional bodies
    • 5 years’ cognate experience.

    The Person Must:

    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Inventory management skills to ensure necessary part and materials are available.
    • Planning and organizational skills to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
    • Project management skills to oversee maintenance projects.
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
    • Be proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software.

    • Prepare reports, analyse data and make recommendations for improving and solving maintenance related problems

    Job Qualifications

    • BSC/HND in mechanical, electrical engineering or any related field
    • NSE, COREN, CMRP membership with relevant professional bodies. 
    • 5 years cognate experience with at least 3 years in active maintenance planning.
