Job Description

• We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who will manage and be accountable for the company’s products Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Development in order to meet the established objectives for growth and profitability of the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by planning and organizing promotional presentations 
• Answers questions from clients about our products and service benefits
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
• Selling and promoting products and other services
• Prospecting sales and closing sales leads
• Cross selling and upselling of company's products and services to customers
• Expanding the customer base of the organization
• Understanding customers needs and  sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential paying customers for upselling products and services
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services to meet customers purchasing needs
• Documenting and analyzing monthly sales records for decision-making

 Job Descriptions  

• We are looking for a competent Poultry Farm Supervisor to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Rearing and management of birds ( layers and broilers)
• Data management and farm record keeping
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the poultry
• Feeding and vaccinating of birds
• Coordinate egg collection
• Supervises the repair and painting of sheds, barns, and fences, and milling, loading, and unloading of feed.

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of the management of large scale poultry farm operations
• Thorough knowledge of the feeding and care of poultry
• Thorough knowledge of the kinds and uses of poultry raising supplies and equipment
• Ability to maintain complex records
• A minimum of OND in Animal and Health Production Management
• A minimum of three years in a similar role
• Ability to work with little supervision
