    MEP Technician

    Description 

    • Provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions at all times
    • Install, connect and repair electrical and mechanical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of equipment, following electrical and mechanical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment
    • Replace faulty or damaged or broken wires, sockets and cables
    • Test malfunctioning equipment using test equipment, and discusses malfunction with maintenance team, to diagnose malfunction.
    • Planned and unplanned preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical components and equipment
    • Total productive maintenance of machine electrical side
    • Coordinate regular maintenance of electrical, mechanical and plumbing activities in the facility.
    • Ensure optimal allocation and full utilization of resources available to reduce time and keep the facility running.
    • Ensure that electrical operating procedures are followed such that will ensure the safety and security of lives and property
    • Log complaints and issues promptly and present accurate specifications for repairs where necessary
    • Estimate time, materials and equipment required for assigned jobs; maintain records of work performed and parts used.
    • Responding to plumbing emergencies, determining the issue, and making repair
    • Ensure high client satisfaction at facilities.

    Company Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
    • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
    • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
    • Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested
    • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations on time
    • Monitoring traffic conditions, including, road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the executives in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.
    • Good knowledge of traffic regulation and always ensuring full compliance always.
    • Working independently and adhering to established company policies and guidelines.
    • Punctuality in attendance and strictly maintaining timing schedules
    • Display a good behaviour, excellent manners and helping attitude.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality Ability to work flexible schedule as the job may require working weekends, long distance travel etc.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum qualification of OND
    • Requires driving experience of over 7 years.
    • Valid Drivers license - Clean driving record.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local roads and routes.
    • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
    • Effective communication skills with ability to speak and read English.
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Good dress sense and attention to Detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

    Junior Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements for management and other stakeholders.
    • Follow up with clients for prompt payments/collection of service charges.
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience.
