    Driver

    Job Responsibilities

    • Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
    • Delivering packages to customers in a timely manner if applicable.
    • Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
    • Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
    • Updating monthly mileage records.
    • Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
    • Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.
    • Monitoring of vehicle documents expiration and renewal.

    Skills and Requirements

    • A valid driver’s license and LASSRA license.
    • A clean driving records
    • Familiarity with GPS devices, google maps and similar phone app
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighbour hoods in Lagos and inter state.
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g at rush hour)
    • Adequate /appropriate dressing up during work hours.
    • Good communication skill (writing, reading and speaking).
    • Knowledge of the required vehicle documents.

    Forklift Driver

    Job Responsibilities

    • Offloading stock from the vehicles when arriving at the branch from other branches
    • Move stock into warehouse after the Warehouse supervisor/Warehouse Manager verified and accepted the quantities and qualities received from the branch
    • Stack the pallets neatly in the designated areas in the Warehouse
    • Maintain accurate picking of orders at all times
    • Pick full pallets that are to be part of inter branch, transfers
    • Load customer delivery goods onto the delivery vehicles, to local customers. This include per loading to ensure earlier departure times for the branches
    • Pick full pallet of a calling pick slip, into the collection area
    • Ensure all orders have been picked correctly as per pick slip
    • Ensure that the correct expiry date stock has been picked
    • Ensure expiry dates are not mixed in one location
    • Ensure mixed stock has been packed away in their correct places as per the warehouse layout
    • Assist with picking loose units
    • Sign the picking slip as a confirmation that the order is complete
    • Assist with daily and fortnightly stock counts
    • Maintain housekeeping inside and outside the warehouse
    • Maintain forklift inspections
    • Health and safety procedures must be adhered to
    • Wear PPE issued to you
    • Report all warehouse breakages or damages to the Warehouse Supervisor
    • General understanding of the store’s operation
    • Ensuring goods are loaded correctly and adhering to safety regulations

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Forklift driver
    • A valid driver’s license
    • A clean driving records
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations.

    Store Attendant

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the physical inventories on a routine schedule.
    • Distributes storeroom materials in accordance with requisition forms.
    • Orders materials needed to restock storeroom and maintain minimum inventory levels.
    • Ensures the storeroom is kept clean and orderly.
    • Stocking shelves with products as directed by supervisors or managers
    • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining inventory records and preparing reports
    • Maintaining the organization of warehouse shelves to ensure that items are placed in accordance with company standards
    • Loading and unloading trucks with inventory items or materials used for productions
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0-3 years experience.

    Storekeeper

    Job Description
    Below is the job description for the position of a Store keeper:

    • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy
    • Records the inventory of all storeroom items.
    • Maintains database, updating records to record supplies and materials received and dispensed.
    • Conducts physical inventories on a routine schedule.
    • Verifies inventory records and corrects discrepancies.
    • Ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly by communicating with other staff members
    • Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory records such as item location, quantity, condition, price, etc.
    • Ensure confirmation and sign document of goods received and send to stock card.
    • Inform branch manager and billing operator about items reaching warning level.
    • Arrange offloading, scaling, counting, labelling and healthy stock of goods
    • Proper verification of content and weight of stock once transfer from one warehouse to the other or if returned and when receiving the stocks from other warehouse
    • Ensuring safety of staff.
    • Monitoring and supervising the production.
    • Monitoring the arrangement, counting, labeling, checking material quality and weight of products before delivery.
    • Informing the warehouse supervisor in case of damage or expired goods.
    • Monitor and supervise colour accuracy.
    • Ensuring healthy stacking of goods inside the vehicle and snap the goods inside the vehicle.
    • Manage arranging, counting, labeling, checking material quality and weight before delivery for all listed product in the job order.
    • Send order to production, if necessary and provide estimate time needed for delivery or transfer.
    • Confirming and signing documents of goods received and sent to billing operator.
    • Stock taking report indicating variances and their resolution.

    Skills, Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND in any Social Science course
    • Previous experience as a storekeeper/inventory officer.
    • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
    • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
    • Problem-solving skills.
