    Human Resources Lead

    Job Description

    • The HR Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that the HR function supports the business objectives of the company.
    • Designing recruitment strategies and procedures for attracting high-quality candidates.
    • Mediating disputes and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
    • Overseeing the development and roll-out of the performance management systems and efforts of the organization, from ensuring the right goals are set, to providing guidance to staff during appraisals and ensuring line managers provide feedback.
    • Identifying training needs and creating or sourcing appropriate development programs in collaboration with line managers and the Group L& D Team.
    • Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures as & when required in accordance with employment laws & regulations.

    Maintenance Planner

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all equipment, including rotating machinery, static equipment, pipelines, and electrical systems.
    • Create detailed job plans, including task lists, labor, tools, materials, and equipment requirements.
    • Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and production impact.
    • Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities to minimize production interruptions.
    • Generate and issue work orders, assigning appropriate priority levels and tracking progress through to completion.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a production facility.
    • Certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (e.g., SMRP, CMRP) is preferred.
    • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and OSHA.

    Production Services and Support Lead

    Job Description

    • The Production Services and Support Lead oversees the provision of production services within the asset and drives the WRFM programme.
    • Oversee the operation and maintenance of production facilities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Overseeing the well execution activities in the field.
    • Liaise with government agencies, including NUPRC, NNPC, NAPIMS, NCDMB etc. to ensure all production services activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
    • Possess a minimum of 15 (fifteen) years active experience in oilfield production operations or technical support in an upstream oil and gas company.
    • Proven track record of managing production services and optimizing production processes.
    • Knowledge of production operations and equipment maintenance.
    •  Strong understanding of oilfield operations, production processes, and industry regulations.
    • Experience in managing oilfield operations in both onshore and offshore environments.
    • Proficient in using data analysis software and tools for well performance evaluation.
    • Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential.

    Planning and Economics Engineer

    Job Description

    • Conduct detailed economic analyses and financial modeling for oilfield projects, including cost estimation, cash flow analysis, and net present value (NPV) calculations, to support investment decisions.
    • Assist in the development and evaluation of field development plans (FDPs), providing economic inputs and recommendations to optimize resource recovery and project profitability.
    • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different variables (e.g., oil prices, production rates, costs) on project economics and asset performance.
    • Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term forecasts for production, capital expenditures, and operating costs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field.
    • Master’s Degree or professional certification e.g., SPE, CFA, etc. is an advantage
    • Minimum of 5 (five) years quality experience in planning, economic analysis, or performance evaluation within an upstream oil and gas company.
    • Strong proficiency in economic modeling and financial analysis, including experience with tools and software used for economic evaluation in the oil & gas sector.
    • Solid understanding of reservoir engineering, production operations, and oil & Gas project economics, including knowledge of reserves reporting standards.
    • Experience with industry-specific software (e.g., Petroleum Economics, Reservoir Simulation).

    Production Lead - Well Reservoir Facility Management

    Job Description

    • The Production WRFM (Wells Reservoir and Facility Management) Lead will be responsible for optimizing production performance and maximizing the value of hydrocarbon production within the asset ensuring maximum recovery and efficient operation
    • Ensure facilities’ integrity, reliability, and optimal performance
    • Lead the development and implementation of production optimization strategies
    • Oversee the processes involved in reservoir management, including reservoir modelling and simulation.
    • Drive short to medium-term surveillance and optimisation of production and injection systems (from the reservoir to product custody transfer points) while maintaining acceptable asset integrity and HSSE management standards.
    • Work with the Production Geoscientists, Production and Petroleum Engineers, Gas Process Engineers, Well & Completion Engineer and others to achieve production objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in production engineering, WRFM, or a related field in an upstream company.
    • Experience with production optimization techniques and reservoir management best practices.
    • Strong technical expertise in well, reservoir, and facilities management.
    • Knowledge of WRFM principles, production optimisation techniques, and best practices.
    • Experience in managing WRFM operations in both onshore and offshore environments.
    • Proficient in using data analysis software and tools for WRFM performance evaluation.
    • Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential

    Asset Integrity Planner

    Responsibilities

    • Create comprehensive maintenance schedules for all critical assets, including pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and rotating equipment.
    • Plan and coordinate routine and non-routine inspections.
    • Generate and prioritize work orders based on risk assessments, asset criticality, and inspection findings.
    • Determine and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, and materials) required for the execution of maintenance and inspection activities.
    • Analyze inspection and maintenance data to identify trends, assess asset conditions, and recommend corrective actions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., API 510, API 570, API 580, ASME Plant Inspector) is a plus
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset integrity planning, maintenance planning, or a related role within the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven experience in the application of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies and asset integrity management systems (AIMS).

    Planning Performance Management Engineer

    Job Description

    • Support the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans by analyzing production trends, operational performance, and market conditions, providing insights to key stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of planning and performance principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and planning software (e.g., Oracle).
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
