    Process Artisan Packaging

    The key purpose of this role is to operate, maintain, repair, and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality.

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Operate machine and equipment
    • Optimize production performance and process
    • Maintain, repair, and optimize plant and associated devises
    • Maintain safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment

    Warehouse Supervisor

    The key purpose is to directly supervise, manage and optimize warehouse operations (Receipt, Storage, Replenishment, Shipping and Returns) to meet and exceed set goals. This function oversees and coordinates daily warehousing activities by implementing quality, productivity, production, and customer service standards

    Key outputs and responsibilities:

    • Manage and drive improvements in daily warehouse operations – Receipt, Storage, Offloading, Loading.
    • Optimize all warehouse processes to ensure satisfactory and on-time delivery to customers
    • Manage warehouse Inventory with focus on driving inventory accuracy
    • Process customer receipts and pass customer credit.
    • Process inter-depot and inter-warehouse transfers.

    • Manage Warehouse stock to ensure quality and availability to customers (Internal and External)
    • Maintain and improve safety by driving the correct safety behaviors on the shop-floor.
    • Ensure optimal asset utilization ( Warehouse, Forklifts, Human Resources)
    • Ensure accuracy of inventory and shipments
    • Supervise Daily Stock Counts
    • Manage internal and external customer complaints
    • Engage with the DC regarding their DPO dream by driving DPO on the shop floor
    • Representation during milestone audits will be necessary to support the Plant’s DPO dream
    • Collate and Submit daily PI/KPI data as per requirement by the Depot Manager.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications required

    • Min. of B.Sc./ B.Tech/HND in a related field.

    Years of relevant experience

    • 2 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

    Nursing Officer

    The key purpose of this role is to monitor employee’s health and encouraging better choices, meeting health and safety standards to reduce work-related injuries, and educating the workforce about the requirements to minimize health risks they would be facing.

    • Manage the Occupational Health records and resources.
    • Manage Occupational Health Administration
    • Responds to job-related medical emergencies and provides onsite treatment to sick or injured worker.

    • Ensure the health and safety of the workers by inspecting the workplace to maintain health standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    The occupant of this position should possess:

    • Active nursing license as registered nurse.
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Certification in occupational health nursing will be an added advantage.
    • Basic understanding of federal and state regulations applicable to occupational and environmental health and safety
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment

    • Ability to administer medical aid in emergency situations.
    • Ability to work in high pressure situations and remain calm in medical emergencies.
    • Extensive knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.

    PPM/PMO Manager

    The key purpose of this role is to manage the Sales Package and budgeting process, lead key innovation and/or process improvement projects to support the Commercial function.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    PPM – Planning and Performance Manager

    • Manage Sales Package/Spend to ensure compliance to Full Year Budget.
    • Regular (weekly, monthly & quarterly) performance reporting of Sales Package by brand, function and initiatives, as required.
    • Monthly submission of Full Year LE (Latest Estimates) after coordinating with the Execution Team (High End and RTM functions)
    • Track and forecast Sales Package to identify risks and (savings) opportunities
    • Manage month end close process: which includes raising journals, accruals and ensuring compliance to monthly and annual Budget.
    • Budget Planning: Co-ordinate the Sales Package 1-Year Plan - Top Down and Bottom-Up Budgets.
    • Continuously optimise Sales Package processes – reporting and execution.
    • Provide inputs and update adhoc reports and dashboards as required.

    PMO – Project Manager

    • Manage and execute adhoc projects to support innovation, growth and/or process improvement.
    • Provide updates to senior management on project timelines, risks and expectations.
    • Manage Cross functional teams to drive project goals and results

    Key attributes and competencies:

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills plus an ability to balance multiple priorities.
