    Training Sales Officer (Information Technology Firm)

    About Company: Our client is a reputable Information Technology firm with offices located in Nigeria, United Kingdom and other countries in the middle east. The company focuses on rendering technology, management consulting and outsourcing services.

    The Company is seeking to hire a Training Sales Officer who will be responsible for promoting, marketing and selling of training products.

    The ideal candidate is to ensure hitch-free internal and external customer experience through the sales of training services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execution of the firm’s annual training calendar
    • Implementing sales systems, processes, and procedures that manage the company’s online and offline sales
    • Planning and managing marketing campaigns that deliver stakeholder value
    • Increase the quality and quantity of client database
    • Manage social and all marketing and sales media
    • Conducting analysis, research and data collection to improve and monitor sales and marketing performance;
    • Preparing business proposals/presentations and reports;

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years minimum experience in a similar function

    Senior Tax Manager (Food/QSR Industry)

    Grade: Senior Manager

    Reports to: Head of Finance

    The Company is seeking to hire a Senior Tax Manager that will be responsible for keeping the business abreast with new tax regulations and compliant with state and federal tax regulations.

    Job Summary: This role will help the business develop and implement policies for dealing with tax related issues.

    The ideal candidate for this role must be up to date with emerging tax laws and trends and well able to advise the Company on tax related issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of the strategic Tax plan for the Company.
    • Assist the Company to make rational tax decisions and maximize tax engagements.
    • Develop procedures, schedules, priorities and programmes for achieving Tax objectives and goals.
    • Communicate Tax findings effectively through professionally designed Tax reports.
    • Prepare financial tax provisions for the Company, and preparing the consolidated Federal and State tax returns periodically.
    • Keep abreast of relevant updates regarding financial reporting framework and tax regulation while advising the business on a need basis.
    • Prepare and file annual and periodic tax returns, whilst ensuring the business is not exposed to tax risk.
    • Oversee the process of tax computation, Capital Allowance Computation and obtaining certificates of acceptance.
    • Coordinate the activities of the tax department.
    • Ensure that the department renders quality tax services to business divisions.
    • Extend advisory services to individuals and businesses.
    • Ensure that Company’s tax dealings are in compliance with laid down tax laws.
    • Prepare tax reports, correspondence, and research memoranda.
    • Assist or advice the company on how to avert task risks.
    • Assist or advice the company on how to manage tax burdens.
    • Identify factors that may lead to tax risks.
    • Carryout research on new tax laws and trends.
    • Plan, assigns and supervises audit staff.
    • Implement Tax operations.

    Requirements

    • First degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
    • Masters’ degree in Accounting, Finance or related field will be an added advantage.
    • 8+ years’ experience in a core financial or Tax Operations capacity.
    • Membership of CITN, ICAN, CFA or any other related professional qualification is required.
    • Knowledge of FIRS and GAAP.
    • Knowledge of SEC and FRCN rules.
    • Knowledge of Tax regulations.
    • Knowledge of the money market.
    • Knowledge of the Food/QSR Industry processes.
    • Outstanding attention to details.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Great team player.

    IT Infrastructure Manager (Food/QSR Chain)

    Our client is one of the foremost Quick Service Restaurant brands in Nigeria with presence across major cities in Nigeria.

    The Company is seeking to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager that will manage the business-wide enterprise infrastructure systems and technology stack; translate and implement systems requirements; provide technical and knowledge support to users, support teams; manage successful delivery of assigned projects; resolve and manage all user, system, functional, security incidents and requests; maintain systems and network connectivity; deliver all round customer experience and performance; Provide technical expertise in the deployment and use of cloud technologies and security.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Operations

    • Assesses and recommends computing resources and technology for infrastructure operations and performance objective.
    • Executes short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
    • Assesses and recommends effort to achieve secure, scalable, fault tolerant systems and services with future flexibility and maintainability capabilities.
    • Develops Plans to evolve infrastructure components and services aligned with overall enterprise architecture.

    IT Operations

    • Monitor and ensure networks and firewall meet optimal operating and security compliance standards
    • Maintains site reliability for Cloud Productivity Tools and platforms including Office365, Azure and AWS
    • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity measures are effective by executing routine tests and system recovery exercise.
    • Support all infrastructure hardware, compute, network, security and storage resources utilized across all business functions.
    • Plan and manage implementations, migrations, system software maintenance and upgrade for critical information systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve all L2 and L3 incidents associated with server hardware, network connectivity, remote access, and cloud interfaces.
    • Take ownership and resolve all L2 and L3 incidents for business productivity tools and user incidents.
    • Ensure change requests and implementations of approved changes are properly executed in line with company policy and procedure.
    • Supports all project initiatives and ensures requirement and system resources are adequately sized and aligned with solution requirements.
    • Provide knowledge and team support to other members of IT Support Team.
    • Ensures performance metrics for availability, reliability, performance and security of FC computing assets and infrastructure operations are achieved.

    Project and Management

    • Manage interface and communication between internal customers and service providers
    • Ensure project activities are executed and aligned with project objectives and value risk.

    IT Security and Risk Management

    • Promptly report and manage identified risks and treats in line with standard operating procedures.
    • Implement applicable policy and security controls for mitigating risks for IT assets on premise or in the cloud.
    • Ensure backups are properly taken, tested and retained for all systems.
    • Plan schedule maintenance activities including introduction of updates and patches to meet service requirement

    Reports

    • Providing recommendations and reports on system performance, capacity, utilization, backups, disaster recovery, upgrades and incident management.
    • Provide IT Security Report to show trends, treat analysis and effectiveness of controls

    Requirements

    • Good first degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
    • Possession of a post graduate degree is an added advantage
    • 8+ years in a core IT role of which at least 6 must have been in senior supervisory role.
    • Previous experience working with a global team.
    • Certification in Microsoft Cloud technology, CISCO, Project Management or any other IT related professional qualification is required.
    • At least ITIL level 3 certified.

    Benefits

    Base Pay is N380, 000.00 monthly net + other monetary benefits.
