    Retail Sales Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative who will be Responsible for selling range of Products available in the showroom, Promote In-house Brands (TCL, TOSHIBA, AEON, LITHION, TRANE).
    •  Ensure customer inquiries are recorded & Follow-up for closure.
    •  Updating feature card and Pricing in first hours/ Demo Content, attending to all customers.
    •  Responsible for maintaining hygiene of the displayed Products.
    •  Responsible of Achieving Individual Sales Target, Ensure all Offers are Highlighted & communicated to customers.
    •  Ensure Customer Satisfaction, responsible of weekly perpetual Inventory, ensure checking all customer goods before dispatching.

    Requirements

    • Graduate, B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2- 5 years’ experience in retail sales field for Home appliances/Electronics.

    • We are looking for an experienced and business oriented B2B Sales professional who will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention.
    • Act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet the expected sales Budget.

    • 3 - 5 years hands on experience in B2B sales in similar industry (Home appliance sales, sales of Electronics and gadgets).
    • knowledge of corporate sales approach and processes.

    Retail Showroom Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire day -to - day showroom operations.
    • Responsible for sales as per the approved budget and the target of the showroom.
    • Responsible for Promoting Inhouse Brands (TCL / TOSHIBA / AEON / LITION / TRANE)
    • Responsible for handling customer service elements in the professional Manner.
    • Responsible for managing the entire showroom's staff, this involves training, motivating, encouraging and collaborating with business Group's Management team to create a healthy and productive work environment for the staff.
    • Responsible for showroom Display Management & Timely Price Update.
    • Monitor and ensures the time keeping of the staff as per designed working hours of the showroom.
    • Responsible for filling up all the employees and customer's queries regarding the product and services.
    • Manage Monthly inventory of the products.
    • Manage the marketing materials allotted to the store.
    • Ensure safety measures of showroom and customer.
    • Ensuring customer compliance are addressed and resolved ASAP.

    Job Qualifications

    • Candidate must be a graduate possessing B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Min 4-5 years cognate experience in retail showroom for Home appliances / Electronics.
