    Production / Procurement Manager

    Job Description

    • The Production/Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and procurement processes within our clothing manufacturing company.
    • They will manage relationships with suppliers, ensure timely and cost-effective production, and maintain high standards of product quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the entire production process, from initial design to finished product.
    • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies.
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
    • Collaborate with team members to forecast demand and determine supply volumes.
    • Monitor production workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
    • Collaborate with other managers to optimize production and procurement processes.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Production/Procurement Manager in the clothing industry.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
    • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage and lead a team to meet production and procurement objectives.

    Pattern Drafter / Fashion Designer

    Job Description

    • The Pattern Drafter will be primarily responsible for manually drafting patterns and developing samples through to production for our manufacturing house.
    • The individual will work closely with our design and production teams to ensure the creation of high-quality and accurate garment patterns.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and develop original patterns manually based on design specifications.
    • Make adjustments to patterns to ensure a proper fit and adherence to design vision.
    • Develop and produce sample garments based on the drafted patterns.
    • Liaise with the production team to ensure successful transition of samples to full-scale production.
    • Maintain quality control measures throughout the pattern drafting and sample development process.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
    • 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Pattern Drafter.
    • Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern drafting techniques.
    • Proficiency in manual pattern drafting and sample development.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality control in garment production.
