    Lubrication Foreman

    About the role

    Role holder will be responsible for the direct supervision of lubrication workforce, manage the Oil Analysis onsite Lab abd develop and coordinate all lubrication activities which include Planning, Scheduling and Execution of lubrication work in SAP for the entire Plant. 

    What you'll be doing 

    • Ensure lubrication of all equipment in the plant.
    • Responsible for safety of self and subordinates, should be aware of safety related aspects of lubrication function.
    • Generate lubrication schedule for entire plant and follow up execution in according to best practice procedures.
    • Prepare annual budget for lubricants requirement for all equipment in the plant
    • Ensure Order Request is raised for all lubricant requirements in the plant and follow up with procurement to ensure availability.
    • Ensure lubrication Spare availability, by monitoring Min-Max
    • Responsible for identifying training needs of his subordinates based on skill gap analysis and ensuring that necessary training plan is designed and executed.
    • Ensure that lubricant at inventory is optimally managed to prevent nil stock.
    • Responsible for receipt of lubricant from store, ensure correct dispensing into equipment and keep consumption records.
    • Ensure recording of Lubricant consumption and report OCR
    • Maintain master database for lubrication schedule and review if there is changes
    • Ensure periodic oil sampling and analysis are carried out according to SAP PM
    • Ensure lubrication contractor management, PR raising, PO follow up and SES
    • Familiarize with lubricant and spares selection across all the shops. 
    • Ensure monthly Lubrication report with trend.

    Who you'll be working with

    Internal 

    • List key interfaces: Production Team, Mechanical Team, Electrical Team, Inspectors, Planners, Area Manager, Shift Leaders, Inventory Team, Procurement, Security and HODs.

    External:

    • Third Party Contractors.

    What we are looking for 

    • HND or BSC in Mechanical Engineering and NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate
    • 3 years working experience in same industry or any heavy industry operations. 
    • Computer literacy in MS Office Software, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as SAP. Knowledge of cement manufacturing process or other heavy industry operations and processes.
    • Good knowledge of oil sampling and analysis.
    • Knowledge of lubricants (grease and oil).
    • Knowledge of Safety and Occupational health related hazards associated with lubrication practices
    • Knowledge of lubricants stock optimization process

    • Ability to work effectively under time pressure, in a demanding environment, while maintaining the highest professional standards.
    • Ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, take initiatives, and make recommendations while engaging with Senior Leaders.

    Leadership and managerial abilities:

    • Top presentation skills to be able to convey clear and synthetic messages (verbally or on paper).

    Mobility requirements:

    • Working conditions are normal for an office environment with occasional stretches to meet strict timelines. Work may occasionally require some local travel with overnight stay.

    Order Fulfillment Executive

    About the role 

    Supervise end to end directly, the Lafarge Africa Plc Order Management and Fulfillment operations (DM/LMAPP/OM Units), create and maintain processes that are customer centric towards achieving heightened customer service metrics with “Customer Delight” and “Revenue” as the bottom lines. 

    What you'll be doing 

    • Successful running of OFT operations
    • Proactive and problem solving attitude in handling of Customer complaints/requests WITH CX at the top of mind
    • Responsible for OFT members performance levels.
    • Ensure that all OFT parameters –are tracked, monitored, reported, and improved.
    • Process and policy creation and inputs.
    • Support the Head of Customer Service towards ensuring all Lafarge CS department goals and visions are met.
    • Backlog management and reporting
    • Ensure the FIFO is maintained by the team while order planning
    • Ensure Best Shipping Point is allocated to at aleast 90% of all planning requests.
    • Ensure that all orders are consumed before the 90day expiration or voided in line with policy
    • Any other assigned duties.

    What we are looking for 

    • B.Sc. in any Business/Statistical/Science course.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in customer service management.
    • At least 2 years in Sales Admin/Order Mgt.
    • In-depth knowledge of customer service/operations/customer experience policies and practices
    • Proficiency in SAP(ERP) and other Order fulfilment tools.
    • Experience in order mgt/sales admin DESIRABLE
    • Understanding of CSAT/NPS/CES/OFR/OTS and other metrics within CS
    • Certification in Customer Services is desirable.
    • Thinking, analytical, problem solving skills
    • Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Good supervisory and people management skills
    • Organizing and planning skills
    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • Interpersonal skills.  

    Working Options

    • Based in Lagos or willing to relocate
