    Academic Administrative Support Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking to employ candidates passionate about education and have a strong administrative background, and are ready to take on a multifaceted role to as Academic Administrative Support Officer.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prompt production of school publications - printing of all learning resources, workbooks, assessments, timetables, examination scripts, calendars,
    • Prompt provision and adequate supply of teaching aids and resources to teachers to enhance the learning experience of pupils
    • Observe lessons daily and feedback to ensure the school’s teaching standard is maintained
    • Coordinate and invigilate examinations
    • Collate marks and print school reports
    • Assist with basic accounting functions, such as cross-checking produced school bills, circulating, processing and reconciling all fee payments
    • Assist in the general efficient operation of the school, including providing cover for teaching staff where necessary as directed by the head
    • Ensure all after school enrichment programmes are running smoothly and in line with safeguarding procedures
    • Participate in school meetings, parent information day and parent-teacher conferences

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Accounting, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in admissions or administration within an educational environment.
    • Must live within commuting distance of Jericho, Ibadan

    Practical skills:

    • Extensive Keyboarding skills and high level of competency in IT (Email, Word Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to use relevant technology and equipment
    • Attention to detail/ability to make mathematical calculations and enter data accurately
    • Excellent Oral and written communication
    • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm approach
    • Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality and integrity at all times
    • Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic electronic office equipment such as printers, laminating machines, etc.
    • Ability to maintain a moderately complex filing system and records

    • Monitor and assess pupils' progress and provide regular feedback to senior management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pupils’ academic performance

    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

    French Teacher

    Job Summary

    • We seek a dedicated and passionate Part-Time French Teacher to join our academic team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the French language, with the ability to effectively teach pupils of various age groups and proficiency levels.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.A in French
    • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
    • Must live within easy commuting distance of Jericho, Ibadan.

    Art & Design Teacher (Primary)

    Job Summary

    • We seek an experienced Part-Time Primary Art and Design Teacher to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of art education within the British curriculum and a commitment to encouraging artistic expression in young learners.

    Requirements

    • Must live within easy commuting distance of Jericho, Ibadan.
    • B.A/HND Degree in Fine Arts.
    • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package; especially Word and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent spoken and written communications skills.
    • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

    The successful candidate will be:

    • An excellent teacher and subject specialist at primary level that can teach high quality art and design lessons to pupils at primary level ranging from year 1-6.
    • Confidently be able to teach children drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, pottery, sculpture and model making techniques
    • Confident in the use of computers and enthusiastic in using new technology to enhance learning.
    • Skilled at fostering independent, pupil-led learning
    • Maintain an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes artistic expression and appreciation.
    • Able to assess and evaluate students' artwork and progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
