    Representative - Sales and Trade Development - Ahoada

    Mission:

    To manage and develop trade infrastructure and the channels of distribution especially retailers to ensure MTN dominance at retail in the assigned territory.

    Description:

    • Confirm  that  sub dealers and dealer branches are contacted and stock receipt/movement verified. 
    • Provide informal training in shops on products, services and promotions being run by marketing, channel or region and on-the-spot training/coaching of all visited outlets in territory (100% of all visited outlets in call cycle)
    • Manage events and promos, generate sub-dealer promo specifications and perform post-promo evaluation
    • Provide weekly/monthly sales activity report and market intelligence report to field service engineers
    • Monitor and report back on network quality and other sales impacting indices in territory covered
    • Ensure call cycle time of 8 - 10 visits a day per territory or as business requires
    • Identify, classify and support all players in channels of distribution and ensure  weekly/monthly database update
    • Ensure MTN product availability in channel is >95% at all times and provide weekly product availability report of all visited outlets during call cycles
    • Direct all channel participants to MTN identified growth area within your territory
    • Establish consistent channel standards including branding as per channel recommendation.
    • Increase brand awareness – Signage, POS distribution and target 65% visibility in the channel of distribution (Trade marketing team will measure)
    • Support all identified outlets with 100% merchandizing as appropriate and defined.
    • Build relationship between lower and upper levels (i.e. authorized distributors and sub dealers), support trade partners and Sub dealers and link subs, retailers etc. to Trade Partners and help nurture the relationship
    • Resolve all issues/queries with regards to activations, products and promotions

    Education:

    • First degree Preferably social sciences
    • Fluent in English 

    Experience:

    • 1–3 years’ experience in an area of specialization, with experience working with others
    • Experience working in a medium organization

    Coordinator - Service Configuration and ITAM

    Mission:

    • Identify, capture, and manage all MTNN IS Configuration Items (CI) used in the delivery of business services while ensuring the goals of the Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) process are achieved.
    • Maintain a logical model containing the components of the IT infrastructure (CIs) and their associations. This is usually maintained in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The CMDB should be presentable through the Configuration Management System (CMS).

    Description:

    • Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets and configurations within MTN Nigeria.
    • Maintain an up-to-date record (database) of all components of the MTNN Information Technology Assets, a repository of information describing topology, services, and their relationships.
    • Ensure the availability of technical information as regards MTNN Information Technology Assets to staff and management.
    • Maintain MTNN IS asset and configuration information and conformity to best practice (ITSM).
    • Communicate new configurations, follow-up, and update the impact of changes on configuration information.
    • Develop a report on license compliance, including, but not limited to, management usage, availability, and expiry.
    • Ensure that dependencies and interrelationships between configuration items are communicated and understood.
    • Ensure the availability of license information for staff and management.
    • Provide a graphical representation of the MTNN Information Technology Assets, to aid in the diagnosis of incidents and problems.
    • Provide input to vendor and supplier negotiations and manage vendor procurement, supply, and delivery processes.
    • Ensure and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
    • Ensuring the pre-defined activities are aligned with the change management process.
    • Ensuring the CMS provides accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Ensuring regular snapshots and configuration baselines are taken and protected.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of asset records.

    Education:

    • First degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Sciences or an IT equivalent degree
    • Foundation Certificate: ITIL, IT Service Management

    Experience:

    • 3–7 years’ experience in IT service support and delivery environments
    • Experience in enterprise asset management
    • Experience in the development, maintenance, and management of CMDB
    • Experience of change, release, and configuration management processes and procedures

    General Manager - IT Operations

    Mission:

    Education:

    • First degree in an IT-related field
    • A master's degree in business administration or management would be advantageous.

    • Fluent in English and the language of the country is preferable.

    Experience:

    Minimum 12 years’ work experience, which includes:

    • Senior management track record of 3 years or more, with at least 3 years in the relevant sector or industry as per the relevant role
    • Experience working in a global or multinational enterprise (understanding emerging markets is advantageous)
    • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
    • 5 years of technical IT experience within an ERP environment

    Manager - Sales and Support Enablement

    Mission:

    • Manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) portfolio for Enterprise Business, developing and driving effective approaches and plans to take solutions (products) to market and facilitate the delivery of MTNN’s overall vision of leadership in the Nigerian ICT space.

    • Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy or plan that creates the right level of awareness for products and drives potential customers through the marketing funnel, i.e., to conversion.
    • Work with the Brands and Communication team to develop appropriate content, as part of content marketing, to deliver the brand and products’ objectives.
    • Work with the master brand, media units, EB brands, and communications teams to develop and execute communication strategies and plans for solutions in terms of advertising and deployments.

    Education:

    • First degree in a related field
    • Possession of an MBA will be an advantage.
