    Customer Representative Executive

    Description

    • Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Customer Relationship Executive Executive to join their Sale and Marketing Department in Abuja

    Responsibilities

    • Should have worked with CRM Tools
    • Should have exposure to processing sales orders, sales invoices, etc.
    • Should have exposure to engaging with customer
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Good communication skills
    • Supporting Marketing head on back-end report generation etc
    • Participate in market-storming activities

    Specific Remarks:

    • Should have good commercial acumen
    • Should be good in technology usage and Excel/ppt
    • Should have relevant exposure
    • Willing to go extra miles

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND, BSc or equivalent qualification in a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a similar Customer Representative Executive role within the Building Materials or FMCG Industry, preferably the Tiles, Paint or Cement Industry.

    Assistant Manager - Maintenance

    Responsibilities

    • Good exposure in heavy Equipments mechanical machineries -conveyor sytem, crushers, pulverizers, firing machines etc
    • Good exposure to record keeping of downtime -TAT to resolve the issue
    • Good exposure to ERP- to be able to raise requisition
    • Good exposure to Microsoft Excel -to prepare spare reorder levels
    • Process management -physical inventory verification
    • Team player to engage With production
    • Supervisory skills -to supervise and Coach team.

    • Operational Bottleneck resolution,with analytical mindset
    • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance
    • To operate within Budget

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND, BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification in a related field.
    • 5 - 15 years of total experience with at least 5 - 10 years in a similar maintenance Assistant manager role within the Building Materials or FMCG Industry, preferably the Tiles, paint or Cement Industry.

    General Insurance Underwriting Officer

    Job Description

    • Involvement in the renewal process of all insurance policies.
    • Registration and acknowledgment of claims in the claim register.
    • Opening of claim file and generation of claim reference number.
    • Notifying the brokers on new claims.
    • Requesting for claim supporting documents from the unit involved for onward delivery to the brokers depending on the class of insurance.
    • Follow up with the unit with constant reminders to ensure the required documents are submitted on time and claims are fully documented.
    • Ensuring that loss adjusters are appointed in time to investigate and adjust any claim, following up with appointed loss adjusters to ensure there is no delay in submitting his report to our insurer.
    • Ensuring the receipt of offer letter on claims promptly.
    • Following up with brokers for prompt settlement of claim/pending claims and updating the claim file for payments.
    • Keeping of updated claim registers to know the various outstanding documents on claims.
    • Keeps accurate records of all reports submitted by various risk adjusters/investigators.
    • Following up on monthly Good-in-Transit declarations and ensuring prompt payments to our brokers.

    Qualification

    • HND/B.Sc. Insurance, Business Admin, Actuarial Science or Allied Discipline
    • Minimum of 4 years in an Insurance environment or Office
    • 4 years minimum experience as an underwriter
    • Strong attention to details
    • Prior track record in a similar role

    Experience:

    • Work: 4 years (Required)
    • Underwriting of claims: 4 years (Required)

    Remuneration

    • N350,000 net per month
    • HMO, 13th cheque, Leave Allowance
