Electrical supervisors are experienced electricians who lead, motivate, monitor and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work. They provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

Job Description

• ensuring all work carried out in relation to electrical equipment and installations in their area of responsibility is adequately supervised — this includes electrical staff, contractors and labour hire employees
• Stopping the installation or use of any electrical equipment considered to be dangerous, and reporting to the manager any situation that may affect the safe use of electricity.
• All electrical installing work is inspected and tested in accordance with the regulations.
• Co-ordinating the electrical work schedule.
• Verifying that work orders are completed accurately.

Requirements

• 5years minimum experience
• Thorough practical knowledge of HVAC/ELV systems
• Previous experience in M&E company is mandatory

Job requirements

• Broad knowledge in construction and installation of HVAC systems with extremely low voltage
• COREN certifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background in the construction of commercial building
