    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage all clients of team members for superior customer satisfaction without escalation to the office.
    • Management of team relationships for effective teamwork.
    • Develop and support team members through weekly joint visitations and prospecting and ensure timely submission of visit reports
    • Proper coordination of team members’ activities for sales results and teamwork
    • Ensure a minimum of 10 agents is raised in a week 5 active agents are maintained per week and 20 in a month by each team member
    • Achieve product awareness increase by ensuring each team member takes at least a minimum of 5 prospects to the site every week
    • Maintain a reference document of the team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales inflow, customers’ complaints and resolution, escalation, etc.
    • Timely collation of the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission within the stipulated time frame.
    • Periodic analyses of individual team performance to plan poor performance exit and need to ensure a complete team and agents per time
    • Achieve weekly department training for all and ensure minimum 90% of staff participation and attendance in the company-wide development plan.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 4 -10 years relevant work experience.

    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial targets.
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
    • Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls.
    • Monitor cash flow projections and optimize cash management to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements, working closely with external tax advisors as necessary.
    • Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audit processes.
    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, department heads, and external partners, to drive financial performance and alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 8-10 years of experience in a senior finance role, working with a BPO industry or related service-oriented sectors is an added advantage.

    HR Consultant

    Requirements / Responsibilities

    • First Degree in any related field.
    • HR Certification is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5-10years of professional-level experience in Human Resources, preferably in a consulting organization.
    • Work with senior consultants in the execution of HR and Organizational Development (OD) projects for clients, including culture assessments, skills development initiatives, and change
    • management programs.
    • Initiate and lead specific HR projects, providing advice to clients, and formulating strategic plans to address pertinent challenges in client organizations.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements, providing responsive support and assistance throughout project lifecycles.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
    • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, industry best practices, and client-specific challenges to lead client conversations, proffer recommendations and solutions to client issues, and deliver on project requirements.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients, incorporating data-driven insights and recommendations.
    • Work within all the organization's business units, supporting the growth and development of crucial business processes and systems to enhance business scale and performance.
    • Demonstrate strong business acumen, while engaging in pertinent business development activities including preparing proposals, project mandates, and client presentations.
    • Keen ability to analyze organizational pulse, determine the level of employee engagement, proffer solutions for improvement, and manage the implementation of such solutions.
    • Conduct research, and engage in brainstorming sessions, to identify organizational issues / problem areas, preferring solutions on policies, procedures, tools, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team effectiveness and performance.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
