    Procurement Manager

    Job Description

    • Review and update the organization’s processes and user guide as the need arises.
    • Coordinate and resolve problems with end users and suppliers about the procuring of assets and goods.
    • Review and arrange for a meeting regarding the organization’s briefs if need be.
    • Review and update the asset and inventory register.
    • Carry out market surveys to determine the best possible price for commodities while ensuring cost-effectiveness commensurate with quality.
    • Prepare accurate records and documentation on all solicitations, responses, procurements, contracts, correspondence, and related follow-ups.
    • Review the organization’s vendor selection process.
    • Ensure that the vendor identification process is followed through.
    • Identify and mitigate against vendor risks.
    • Interview current suppliers to improve levels of service.
    • Update the standard register for supplier/service providers for clients (categorized by suppliers based on financial capabilities etc).
    • Review and update inventory control and material management policies.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 5 - 8 years relevant work experience.

    General Manager, Facilities

    Job Description

    • The FM GM will be responsible for the entire operations of the Facilities Management Business.
    • He must have proven experience in business development, sales and marketing, CRM, planning, budgeting, facility and maintenance, engineering, development, and evaluation of the company's strategic business goals and objectives.
    • The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies and overseeing activities to ensure the contract is executed to the required standards.".
    • He will be responsible for developing and establishing customer service and budgetary standards
    • They will develop, monitor, and review annual and life-cycle replacement maintenance programs, establish policies and procedures, and negotiate contracts
    • They will be responsible for all staff and subcontractors on site, together with the financial and operational performance of the contract

    Requirements

    • Preferred Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar qualifications and can demonstrate leadership in FM projects
    • Must have no less than 10+ years’ experience with at least the last 2 years in a General Management role.
    • The candidate should have commercial experience.
    • They should be able to demonstrate knowledge of international best practices in facilities management and change management
    • Strong Sales and Marketing background
    • Possess strong analytical, organizational, management, and computer skills
    • Bilingual, English speaking candidates will be preferred.

    On Call Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • The On-Call Manager will provide an out of hours managerial service, which is responsive to unexpected or unpredictable issues that may arise.
    • You must be able to get to the concerned location within a reasonable amount of time.

    Job Responsibilities
    Response Time:

    • Respond to a call as soon as is practicable and within half an hour.

    Emergency Response:

    • Respond to facility-related emergencies, including power outages, HVAC failures, water leaks, or security concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Manage facility operations during on-call shifts, ensuring all systems and equipment are functioning correctly.

    Maintenance Coordination:

    • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, both scheduled and emergency, to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.

    Client Engagement:

    • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop strategies to meet or exceed their expectations.

    Feedback Implementation:

    • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to implement improvements or new solutions that enhance client satisfaction and facility performance.

    Service Expansion:

    • Identify opportunities for expanding services or increasing business with existing clients and collaborate with the business development team to pursue these opportunities.
