    Wealth Management Executive - Deposit Mobilization (Liability Asset)

    Job Summary

    • This role is primarily responsible for driving deposit mobilization for the Company, building and managingstrategic relationships for fixed deposit customers and serving as the single point of contact for new business as well existing portfolios.

    Job Description

    • Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources.
    • Visit, engage prospects and maintain liability generated.
    • Marketing and sale of all company deposit products.
    • Meet, maintain and exceedassigned targets and quota in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks.
    • Propose services, up-selling and cross-selling whenever possible.
    • Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.
    • Ensure the form for the fixed deposit Investment Plan is adequately completed and registered
    • Inform the client of the status of their investment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum education level - First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution. Post-graduate qualification(s) and professional membership will be an added advantage.
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting / exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
    • Successful experience building a territory from little or nothing.
    • Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals.
    • Strong communication and networking skills.

    Telesales Executive

    Job Summary

    • The specific objective of the telesales is to sell products and services over digital channels particularly phone, emails, SMS and social media chats.
    • This means the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
    • They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts which lead to converting potential leads into actual transactions.
    • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities, minimum of 50 transactions monthly.
    • Providing market research through outbound calling
    • Surveying customer satisfaction
    • Generating additional transactions outside assigned leads to meet sales targets
    • Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
    • Answering questions about products or the company
    • Asking questions to understand customer requirements, sending applicable documents and requirements
    • Exploring and adopting strategies to contact customers particularly RNR bucket and curate responses and feedback

    • Minimum conversion count of 50 transactions monthly.
    • Average first contact time of 1hour
    • Channel utilization to maximize customer response.
    • Successful outreach recorded via calls, email, chats and SMS blasts.
    • Customer satisfaction scores or Net Promoter Score (NPS) related to lead engagement.
    • Customer retention rate of 60%
    • Generation of investment/savings account to meet monthly target

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree, HND or equivalent in any field of study.
    • Experience in contact center or customer service role with ability to make minimum of 100 calls daily
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
    • Previous experience in financial services particularly with a record in fund mobilization.

    Sales Executive (Salary loan / Wealth Management)

    Scope and Impact

    • The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of selling various loan products.
    • He/ She will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

    Job Summary

    • The Rosabon Sales Executive is required to collect and prepare all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments).
    • He/ She will also responsible for reviewing loan applications evaluating the potential risks of granting loans to applicants.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
    • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
    • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
    • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
    • Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
    • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
    • Update account records, Compute payment schedules and transactions on ERP
    • Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving loan application problems.
    • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
    • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
    • Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
    • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
    • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
    • Deposit mobilization to meet set targets.

    Key Performance Indicators

    • Meet Set Monthly loan and investment Targets
    • Reduced number of Non-Performing loans
    • Customer retention rate of minimum 90% across loan and investment products.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
    • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
    • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
    • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
    • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment and meet set target
    • B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
