    Office Assistant

    Major Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
    • Maintain filing systems and office organization
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
    • Assist with data entry and document preparation
    • Support team with administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proximity to the island is required.

    Front Desk / Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
    • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed.
    • Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
    • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.

    Requirements

    Digital Marketer / Graphics Designer

    Job Requirements

    • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
    • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
    • Excellent content marketing skills, including copywriting, photography, and video editing.
    • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Knowledge of SEO,Google Ads, and web traffic metrics is a plus and other Basic website knowledge.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
    • Develop and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
    • Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
    • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
    • Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Build and nurture relationships with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
    • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital strategy fresh and effective.
