    Human Resource / Legal Officer

    Job Duties
    The Human Resource & Legal Officer’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Developing human resource policies and procedures
    • Ensuring team performance management and key performance index compliance
    • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action
    • Ensure the company complies with financial and legal requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance
    • Responsible for coordinating staff training and establishing staff development plans based on staff appraisals and evaluations
    • Research legal resources such as articles, codes, statutes, judicial decisions, and more and write and review settlement documents, contracts, agreements, stock certificates, and more
    • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Provide oversight related to the updating of personnel files and other related HR documents including employment agreements, amendments, time sheets, calendar holidays and leaves;
    • Preparing staff payrolls in alignment with the accounts department
    • Provide legal counsel and advise team members on the legal implications of decisions and policies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of a Law university Degree
    • Up to 3 years of proven experience in legal, human resource and administrative functions
    • Proficiency in labour law and business law,
    • Proficiency in business documentation and contract writing
    • Proficiency in human resource management systems and ERPs
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Professional conduct and strong emotional intelligence

    Project Manager - IT

    Job Duties
    The Project Manager’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinating the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
    • Leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
    • Coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
    • Analysing project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements.
    • Define a comprehensive program for all projects within the Company and its subsidiaries

    • Provide quality assurance and develop and improve on processes and frameworks for product performance

    • Meeting project milestones, objectives, and deliverables within agreed timeframes budget
    • Reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis to the management on the status of Projects

    Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Experience in Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
    • Experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Industry
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, gaps, or other areas of concerns or opportunities and work to either directly affect change, or advocate for that change
    • Define the product strategy, develop the core positioning and messaging for the product and perform product demos to customers
    • Use data to generate actionable insights, to leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product, and to connect those quantified goals to meaningful outcomes for the business
    • Other skills including; strong presentation skills, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, risk management, time management, team management, stakeholder management, industry-related technical skills, attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

    Finance & Administrative Officer

    Job Duties
    The Finance and Administrative Officer’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Manage all accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts
    • Document financial transactions and publish financial statements in time
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable while ensuring timely bank payments
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
    • Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options
    • Prepare accurate work papers, schedules, and reconciliation for audit purposes
    • Ensure that all standardised finance procedures are understood and respected by all team members
    • Maintain a daily management of the accounts, keep reports and provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports about the cash flow and expenditures
    • Prepare and remit the monthly Statutory and taxes payments and ensuring the paperwork corresponds with the accruals
    • Ensure all cash payments and other payments and paperwork correspond and follow due procedures and protocols
    • Provide budget planning for future expenditures of the current month and project costs
    • Prepare service or casual contracts in collaboration with the logistic department,
    • Respect and comply to labour laws of Nigeria and liaise with relevant authorities when necessary
    • Help in writing official letters, bank request letters, drafting work contracts etc. and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained
    • Manage office operations including administration and logistics

    Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of an Accounting University Degree or equivalent
    • Up to 3 years of working experience in finance, accounting and administrative functions
    • Possession of a recognized professional accounting qualification
    • Practical and thorough understanding of the principles of Accounting & Financial Management
    • Strong experience in target setting and forecasting
    • Proficiency in the use of accounting software and ERPs
    • Strong MS Excel Skills
    • Good Oral and written Communication skills

    Software Engineer

    Job Duties
    The Software Engineer’s duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Develop, validate and implement software solutions based on requirements, enterprise architecture standards and defined project designs.
    • Follow established design patterns and has awareness of user experience standards. Responsible for individual components of the design
    • Create basic technical documentation
    • Follow established coding standards. Submit code for review and deliver quality, unit test code
    • Work with secure coding processes and writing, accessing, and following established security protocols
    • Resolve basic issues and offer input on issue resolution.

    Requirements

    • A University Degree or equivalent Training that included an in-depth study of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, computer architecture, and software engineering
    • At least 5 years of experience writing production code for software/technology companies and at least 2 years of experience being the primary technical designer for a development team or software product
    • Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
    • Knowledge of strong backend frameworks like Laravel & nodejs
    • Database design and management (MySQL, Postgres)
    • Knowledge of version control software such as Git and Github
    • Knowledge of web server tools (VPS, Docker, Redis etc) and cloud server tools (AWS, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare etc)
    • Frontend frameworks such as React & Vue
    • Basic knowledge of DevOps e.g. Cron, DNS configurations etc.
    • REST API designs and integrations
    • Code review and testing skills
    • Ability to innovate and solve problems
    • Desire to learn and improve
    • Ability to work with a team

    Desired But Not Required:

    • Knowledge of cross platform frameworks such as Flutter for android, iOS and Windows devices
