    Business Strategy Analyst

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION: 

    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.  
    • Conduct feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and sustainability.  
    • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and identify areas for improvement.  
    • Provide insights into market trends, business development opportunities, and recommend growth strategies.  
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the company’s strategic direction with market demands.

    QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.  
    • 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.  
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.  
    • Experience in conglomerates or related industries is an advantage.

    Financial Strategist

    JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION:  

    • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for effective company financial planning.  
    • Conduct financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and risk assessments.  
    • Pitch to potential investors and manage investor relationships.

    Lawyer

     JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION:  

    • Provide legal advice and services to the company on contracts, regulatory issues, and compliance.  
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.  
    • Ensure the company operates within legal guidelines and stays updated on legal changes.  
    • Represent the company in legal matters and manage disputes or litigation when necessary.  
    • Advise management on legal risks and opportunities, including corporate governance.

    QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); BL from the Nigerian Law School.  
    •  Minimum of 5 years post-call experience, ideally in the corporate or conglomerate sector.  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian corporate and business law.
