    Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Electrical Systems: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted power supply to machinery and equipment.
    • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and instrumentation systems, including switches, motors, control panels, and sensors, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
    • Instrumentation: Calibrate, repair, and maintain various instrumentation devices such as sensors, meters, and controllers. Ensure accurate measurement and control of process variables.
    • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to electrical and instrumentation emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and instrumentation systems. Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve potential issues.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to prevent electrical hazards.
    • Housekeeping and GMP: Maintain clean and organized work areas, following established housekeeping protocols and GMP guidelines. Properly handle and dispose of electrical and instrumentation-related waste materials.
    • Documentation: Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, calibration procedures, and inventory. Prepare accurate reports and documentation as required.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades. Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.

    Key Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or GMP-regulated environment.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Ability to conduct precise quality checks, maintain accurate records, adjust processing parameters, and ensure cleanliness in the processing area, meeting GMP cleanliness standards.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational status effectively.

    Boiler Operator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Equipment Operation: Operate and control high-pressure boilers, ensuring proper steam generation for manufacturing processes. Monitor boiler gauges, fuel or shell, valves, and auxiliary equipment to maintain optimal performance.
    • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on boilers, including cleaning, lubricating, and repairing or replacing parts as necessary. Collaborate with maintenance teams for major repairs and upgrades.
    • Monitoring Systems: Use panel systems to monitor boiler operations, detect abnormalities, and troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance activities, and safety inspections.
    • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while operating the boiler. Conduct regular safety checks, handle emergencies, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
    • Reliable Steam Supply: Maintain a consistent and reliable steam supply to support manufacturing processes, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
    • Efficiency Optimization: Optimize boiler efficiency by adjusting fuel and air ratios, monitoring combustion levels, and implementing energy-saving measures. Regularly analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on water level, ensuring it meets specified parameters and quality standards. Implement corrective actions to maintain product quality.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment readings, quality control data, maintenance tasks, and housekeeping duties. Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
    • Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness in the boiler room and surrounding areas. Dispose of waste materials properly and organize tools and equipment to ensure a safe and orderly workspace.

    Key Requirement:

    • High school Certificate or equivalent. Completion of a vocational training program in boiler operation is preferred. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating boilers in a manufacturing environment.
    • Possession of relevant boiler operator certifications and licenses, demonstrating knowledge of boiler operation and safety protocols is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining high-pressure boilers. Familiarity with panel monitoring systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures. Knowledge of environmental regulations related to boiler emissions.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational status effectively.

    Generator Operator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Installation: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair generators, transfer switches, and associated electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and diagnostic tests on generators to identify and address potential issues promptly, and inspections to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in generators promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous power supply.
    • Troubleshooting: Analyze generator problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to electrical safety protocols and regulations. Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to prevent electrical hazards. Safely handle and dispose of waste materials, chemicals, and hazardous substances following established protocols and regulations.
    • Housekeeping and GMP: Adhere to strict housekeeping standards and GMP guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and external vendors for specialized repairs and equipment upgrades to assess complex technical problems and develop effective repair strategies.
    • Training: Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and assist in their training and development.

    Key Requirement

    • Bachelor\'s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Generator Technician, demonstrating expertise in generator installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engines, alternators, and control systems in generators.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols, housekeeping standards, GMP guidelines, and SOP.
    • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report operational status effectively.
