    Job Summary

    Business lead for the Company’s Transformation programme. A holistic transformation programme, with intent to shape the future of Mopheth by proactively introducing specific measures to help accelerate the company’s business and financial performance. These measures will make the organization more agile, and the business more sustainable, efficient, innovative, and profitable.

    Supports Mopheth’s Corporate Strategic and growth process .Support Leadership team in delivering the Company’s strategic planning process, driving strategic initiatives, running consulting-style engagements to pursue the top strategic issues.

    Principal Functions

    • Providing leadership for the implementation of the Transformation Program, coordinating, and directing activities to achieve the overall objectives of the organization.
    • Develop the Portfolio Strategy and Delivery Plan to align with the overall strategy and plan of the organization.
    • Lead enterprise-wide execution of the Transformation project: end-to-end business transformation initiative for business differentiation, sustainable market leadership, process optimization, network/infrastructure leverage, revenue growth and cost-reduction.
    • Ensure the portfolio evolves as needed to reflect changes in overall strategic objectives and business priorities.
    • Drive the Transformation agenda and value capture initiatives within the Transformation office to consistently deliver efficiency and set a platform for increased commerciality.
    • Support the development and implementation of corporate and business segment strategic growth initiatives across the organization through rigorous project management.
    • Assist in creating platform for business improvement ideas generation.
    • Review and evaluation of business cases to support strategic initiatives.
    • Support business leaders in developing implementation plans, risk identification and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Liaise, collaborate, and maintain strong working relationships with key personnel from each business segment/unit while efficiently program managing initiatives.
    • Identify, understand, and include the stakeholders for the business transformation program. Analyze their interests and the power of their influence and develop a communication management plan to engage and influence stakeholders.
    • Identification of processes and areas constituting initiatives execution delays and advising on resolution.
    • Monitoring, control and periodic reporting of execution status of strategic initiatives.
    • Plan and track transformation targets with performance indicators. Align monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans for financial impacts to the organizational profit & loss structure.
    • Motivate, encourage and inspire the development of a strong, efficient and effective professional team operating ethically and with a clear focus on delivering outcomes.

    Educational Requirements

    • First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline from a recognized university
    • Business/Finance related Postgraduate/Professional qualification is an added advantage
    • Professional Services/Consulting experience.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years post NYSC experience in a similar research, analysis, and strategic business support role (e.g., planning, finance, accounting or consulting).
    • Includes at least 3 years in a managerial role in a retail sector.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use.
    • Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
    • Bake different bread types.
    • Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
    • Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies.
    • Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries.

    Merchandizer

    Job Location: Victoria Island, Lekki, Festac


    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Merchandise product for display as well as placement in a way that attracts sales in the store.
    • Provide sales support to sales associate.
    • Promote and enhance sales of the Products on display.
    •  Break down orders in receiving area; moving product onto displays.
    • Maintain quality as well as quantity of products by rotating products; checking code dates to make sure freshness; replenishing product with back stock.
    • Maintain fixture cleanliness to enhance sales.
    • Carry out daily schedules according to assigned customer locations.
    •  Communicate with warehouse personnel district manager regarding product discrepancies and/or customer issues.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times when communicating with store management; customers or store personnel as well as the public; adhering to customer policies procedures in compliance with standards.
    •  Coordinate product merchandising needs as well as customer requirements with field sales associates; field sales support reset specialists.
    • All other responsibilities that would be assigned from time to time by the company.

    Account Officer

    Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    The Account Officer will process all financial transactions, reconcile accounts and prepare data/reports. This post involves inward/outward invoicing, including payment progression. Significant relevant experience of general financial duties is essential. To ensure proper and timely valuation of monthly stock counts, preparation of variance report and Budget monitoring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
    • Reconciliation of Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
    •  Processing financial transactions through Sage and other accounting application
    • Determining the Costs of Performances, Functions and Activities in a manner which Facilitates    Analysis and Valid Comparisons with Established Criteria among time
    • Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
    •  Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and Inter-branch Accounts Reconciliation.

    Qualifications:

    • BSC/HND in Accounting, or Statistics
    • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
    • Be able to take initiatives and work with little supervision.
    • Be Attentive with keen eyes for details
    • Have the wherewithal to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
    •  Must be computer literate. With commendable use of Standard Office Applications.

    Business Content Creator

Work with the creative team to ensure that the visual elements of the webpage complement the words. Identify key messages - understand the main thing that you want the readers to feel and do and HOW to communicate this powerfully. Present copy concepts and final deliverables to the Managing Director. Revise copy based on feedback/direction.

    REQUIREMENTS

    3 -5 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Content Strategist, or a similar role. Proper knowledge and working experience with Content Management Systems like Word Press, Power point. Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing.. Excellent writing and editing skills. Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing..

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. in English Language or related field
