    Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift 8am - 6pm, Night Shift 6pm - 6am

    Job Description

    We are urgently seeking a meticulous and assertive Purchase Admin to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to contribute to our dynamic organization. Candidates must be ready to resume immediately.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Follow up with vendors firmly to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to agreed terms.
    • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.
    • Arrange and manage invoices in an orderly manner for easy access and audit purposes.
    • Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct.
    • Maintain and update records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing information.
    • Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their procurement needs.
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure continuous supply.
    • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices promptly.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities and performance metrics.
    • Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.
    • Adhere strictly to organizational rules, policies, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND/HND in any field.
    • Proven experience as a Purchase Admin, Procurement Officer, or similar role preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software is an advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos, is a key requirement.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an HR Personnel, HR Generalist, or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.

    Item Picker

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift 8am - 6pm, Night Shift 6pm - 6am

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Accurately pick items from storage areas based on order specifications.
    • Ensure correct items and quantities are picked according to order requirements.
    • Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure safe and efficient operations.
    • Verify and cross-check picked items against orders to ensure accuracy.
    • Assist in the proper packing and preparation of items for shipment.
    • Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
    • Adhere to all safety and company policies and procedures.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND in any field.
    • Previous experience as an Item Picker.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos, is a key requirement.
    • Must be ready to resume immediately.

    Salary: N40,000/month.
