    Legal Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide legal counsel where and when necessary
    • Ensure the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
    • Responsible for ensuring legal compliance where necessary
    • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
    • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
    • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
    • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
    • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulator, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
    • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
    • Any other delegated responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in law required; must have been called to bar
    • Minimum 3 years of experience
    • Ability to be proactive in the resolution of issues
    • Analytical ability, logical reasoning and sound judgment when professionally handling client’s cases
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills when working with clients, members of the court and other employees
    • Knowledge of various legal contracts, documentation, processes and policies especially within the real estate, Fin-tech and Technology Industry
    • Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, zoning laws)
    • Current license to practice law
    • Administrative and Managerial experience preferred

    Customer Relationship Manager

    Job Description

    •  Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
    •  Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
    •  Coordinating the entire customer support team in line with the organization’s objective
    •  Expanding the customer base by up-selling and cross-selling
    •  Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
    •  Conducting business reviews using CRM programs
    •  Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
    •  Creating and implementing effective customer service procedures, policies and standards
    •  Implementing an effective customer loyalty program
    •  Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports and recommendations to achieving organizational goals
    •  Any other delegated responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative CX strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention to meet their expectations
    • Ability to collect customer data from different sources to analyze and convert data into insights to identify opportunities
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional team members
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service Lead role
    • Certification in customer service/experience;
    • Experience in sales & marketing
