    Logistics Analyst

    Role Purpose

    • The Logistics Analyst is a frontline role that is responsible for order fulfillment and loading of trucks at site.
    • The role holder will be result driven, communicate effectively and manage multiple stakeholders, ultimately contributing to overall client satisfaction.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Execute daily order plan in line with HAUL247’s standards on quality and reliability.
    • Monitor ongoing trips to ensure timely delivery to customer location.
    • Provide weekly trips report to unit Lead.
    • Maintain positive & productive working relationships with HAUL247 clients.
    • Manage route activities such as invoicing, waybills, electronic bills etc.

    Business Development Manager

    Role Purpose

    • The business development/sales manager will be responsible for developing sales leads and client acquisition to drive revenue growth.
    • The role holder will develop a network of clients for the company’s target market, research new market opportunities and manage growth projects, that ensures sales projections and forecasted revenue goals are achieved, in line with projected income.

    Key Result Areas

    • Manage business development activities within the company to achieve annual revenue targets.
    • Devise and implement a framework for meeting monthly sales performance targets.
    • Negotiate client pricing to maintain profitable margins.
    • Identify potential clients and industry players for optimal client conversion rates.
    • Identifying and building strong client relationships by partnering with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Prepare scheduled reports showcasing sales and revenue forecasts.
    • Support the Head of Growth to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs.
    • Coach and manage own team’s performance.
