    Logistics Manager

    Job Summary

    • Provides leadership and management of overall logistics services in an efficient and cost-effective manner to meet company needs.
    • Works with the departmental heads to provide effective goods delivery to all customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the daily operations of vehicle scheduling and goods delivery.
    • Manages all drivers and oversees their daily scheduled movements.
    • Ensures the maintenance and repairs of all vehicles in a cost-effective manner.
    • Coordinates the timely and accurate distribution of goods in term to all customers.
    • Logistics cost responsibilities like invoicing, waybills, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure compliance with driving rules, regulations and government regulatory agencies.
    • Accountable for all job obligations and complying with all company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration etc.
    • Profound knowledge of distribution logistics and supply chain management.
    • 5 - 7 years experience in warehousing and transportation preferably in the packaging industry.
    • Strong Computer Skills.
    • Dedicated, reliable, and self-motivated.
    • Strong attention to details.
    • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competency.

    IT Infrastructure Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
    • Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative.
    • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
    • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software.
    • Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
    • Analyze department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions.
    • Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions.
    • Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement
    • Prepare cost benefits analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs.
    • Software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
    • Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Technology or Computer Science.
    • Experience in network management and configuration for more than 5 years.
    • Experience in configuring and providing technical assistance on Diagnostics Devices, Surveillance Devices, WLANs, LAN etc.
    • CCNA or other relevant certification.
    • Experience in providing hardware infrastructure support to the entire office staff
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and provide timely outputs.

    Sales Force Automation (SFA) Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our clients software.
    • Deliver corporate presentations and software demonstrations.
    • Qualify and manage opportunities including writing proposals and responding to queries.
    • Negotiate and close the deal with the key stakeholders of the customer.

    ERP Support Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Trouble shoot implementation related issues
    • Ensure timely support is provided
    • Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
    • MIS reports analysis
