About the Role

• The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing the logistics arm of Remedial Health. You will coordinate the transportation and delivery of products across all 36 states in Nigeria

Job Description

• Planning and implementing logistical strategy that increases efficiency and speed from start to finish of the entire process
• Devise and implement methods for optimum driver performance
• Monitor drivers on their trips and give relevant assistance where needed
• Solving delivery related issues with customers when needed
• Keeping accurate records of all deliveries, processes and performance of team members
• Making use of software to track goods from pick up to delivery
• A key part in improving the overall supply chain performance by coming up with innovations to the process
• Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
• Implementing new technologies and keeping abreast of new trends in the sector

• Be a self-starter and target driven
• Possess strong analytical, organizational and communication (writing and verbal) skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ work experience (at least 2 years in supply chain)

• Run standard spend visibility reports for the Procurement department
• Conduct spend analysis to continuously identify saving opportunities

• Credits Collection Associate is solely responsible for retrieving all outstanding defaults from existing customers and work with them to develop plans to pay back those debts.

Job Description

• Keep track of customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to cover outstanding payments from customers
• Communicate with customers that are owing to negotiate payoff deadlines/payment plans and to inquire of their payment status by phone
• Track down defaulters and prevent repeated payment negligence by working out and agreeing on practical debt payments
• Create and establish trust with defaulters to avoid defaulting in the future.

Requirements
Person Specification:

• 2-3 years’ work experience (banking or financial services sector is a bonus)
• Experience in a Microfinance bank is an advantage
• Proven experience as a debt/recovery collector (FMCG, Pharmaceutical sector is a bonus)
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting software.
