    Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
    • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
    • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
    • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
    • Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
    • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
    • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
    • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline
    • Proven 3 years experience as a marketing executive or similar role
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
    • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
    • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Creativity and commercial awareness.
    • Preferably Female.

    Salary

    • N150,000 monthly.

    Training Administrator

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in creating and implementing training programs
    • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
    • Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
    • Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms) Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
    • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
    • Resolve issues as they arise onsite
    • Submit reports on training activities and results
    • Recommend improvements or new programs
    • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc / HND in Business or any related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
    • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
    • Experience in project management
    • Knowledge of office procedures and billing
    • Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Strong attention to details

    Remuneration
    N85,000 Monthly.

    Brand Activation Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in the execution of all brand activations aimed at recruiting new users and maintaining consumer contacts with all existing users
    • Co-ordinate TGI Destrin’s participation at events & sponsorship programs involving consumer-facing marketing opportunities to generate positive brand experience.
    • Supervise/ coordinate the activities of ad-hoc field activation team and ensuring alignment with overall event objective and scope.
    • Provide the relevant support and logistics to third party agencies (as applicable) to enable them deliver on their activation mandates in line with agreed scope of service
    • Keep abreast of trends and updates in the market and inform the Unit Head; with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
    • Competition analysis and tracking by region to understand the dynamics and emerging trends.
    • Support the deployment of PoS/gift items and the execution of all assigned Brand Activation initiatives for TGI brands

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years’ experience on the job
    • Competencies and Experience:
    • Good degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • High degree of independence, objectivity, and assertiveness; with ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Effective time management skills; adept at handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
    • Highly creative with ability to think outside the box.

    Sales Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively and accurately identify prospect pain and propose creative solutions.
    • Improve negotiations and contract closing by providing support to the Sales Team.
    • Training in Telecoms networks, TCP IP networks, Cloud computing, Internet of things.
    • Ensure that all products sold can be executed both functionally and technically, within the scope and timeline defined in agreement with the customer.
    • Assist team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
    • Deliver sales presentations to clients, including designing and development presentations and responding to RFPs.
    • Clearly articulate technical capabilities of the products, attend and/or perform technical demonstration

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years experience in Engineering Sales or training.
    • Experience in a Technical Sales environment in the Telecommunications industry.
    • 3 - 4 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others.
    • Experience working in a medium organization.
    • Experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar role.
    • Experience in making presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Able to interpret technical documents and specifications.
    • Possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholder
    • Basic Enterprise products and services.

    Salary
    N160,000 monthly.

    Project Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Design structures, such as buildings or bridges
    • Create structural models by using computer-aided design software
    • Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence
    • Follow construction safety guidelines
    • Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
    • Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers
    • Prepare and allocate budgets
    • Track and report on project progress
    • Collaborate with contractors and project managers.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in Structural Engineering or related field and a minimum of 2 Years’ experience on the job
    • Previous experience as a Structural Engineer or similar field
    • Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
    • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
    • Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
    • Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
    • Attention to detail
    • Member of the Institute of Structural Engineering is an added advantage.
    • A Male Structural Engineer.

    Salary
    N100,000 / month.
