    Medical Sales Representative (Pharmaceutical Sales)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Medical Sales Representative with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to promote our products to healthcare professionals.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote the company pharmaceutical products.
    • Present product information, clinical data, and promotional materials to healthcare providers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the benefits and applications of our products.
    • Identify and target key accounts, implementing a strategic approach to maximize sales opportunities within assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and assess the competitive landscape.
    • Manage and schedule regular visits with healthcare providers to ensure high levels of engagement and product awareness.
    • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to stay updated on product developments, clinical trials, and industry trends.
    • Provide feedback from healthcare providers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives, maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote [Company Name] and build professional networks.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent experience.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
