    Medical Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare marketing and sales strategies
    • Creating and oversee marketing campaigns
    • Ensuring the company meets monthly target
    • Taking feedback from patients and clients
    • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials for use in different channels.
    • Participating in exhibitions and conferences organized by the company.
    • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
    • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
    • Visit Hospitals/Clinics and go for presentations selling the benefits of our client for referrals.
    • Work with management to ensure our client has a water-tight referral program with other medical facilities.
    • Organize a calendar of marketing events, such as; promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, open days or fundraising activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
    • At least two years proven experience in sales and marketing in a healthcare sector.
    • Ideal candidate must be innovative, understand the health sector and be key players in the industry.
    • Must have sales and marketing experience in the Health or Pharmaceutical sector.
    • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistics and data analysis methods.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (mail chimp)
    • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
    • Excellent organizational and multi- tasking skills
    • Creativity and commercial awareness.
    • A team player with a customer- oriented approach
    • Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal and people management.

    Marketer

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve growth within the Key performance indicators; liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e banking product offerings
    • Evaluate credit worthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation
    • Monitors active loans and enforce collection and recoveries
    • Ensures the achievement of all budget parameters
    • Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services
    • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals
    • Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximize satisfaction and boost customer service experience
    • Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix
    • Executes marketing strategy and develop marketing campaigns
    • Ensures compliance with all internal policies and regulatory guidelines
    • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, etc.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Identify potential loan markets and develop referral networks
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management

    Requirements

    • BSc/ HND in Social Science or any other related course
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a marketer preferably in a microfinance institution is preferable
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all societal levels.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong planning, organizational and time management abilities
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office package
    • Proximity to mainland axis particularly Ikeja and Gbagada is an added advantage.
