    Member Support Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Member Support Executive / Business Manager to support members of BNI across various regions and chapters in Nigeria.
    • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the chapter and regional operations as well as setting up chapters.
    • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in administration.
    • They will be an officer and be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner that incorporates the organization's activities vision and culture.
    • The goal will be to ensure operational efficiency to drive member experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
    • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
    • Ensuring that the organization have the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Develop goals and objectives that tend to grow and prosper
    • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
    • Ensure that the chapters, regions and members have the adequate and suitable resources to operate
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
    • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors /suppliers
    • Gather, analyze and interpret internal and external data and write a report
    • Assess overall performance over objectives
    • Represent the organization in events, conferences e.tc
    • Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

    Requirements and skills

    • OND / HND / BSc / BA in Business Management or relevant fields
    • 1 - 6 years of work experience.
    • MSc / MA will be a plus
    • Proven experience
    • Excellent organization and leadership skills
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
    • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
    • Excellent use of Microsoft office, data basis and information system
    • Corporate appearance.
    • Good speaking and presentation skills.

    Salary

    • N600,000 - N1,000,000 annually.

    Director, Consultant

    Job Description

    • BNI Director, Consultants are business leaders in their cities and States who with the National Regional Teams to set up and support BNI chapters in their cities
    • A BNI Director Consultant's mission is to provide personalized interaction with business professionals and the members of the chapter(s) he or she supports. We focus on helping members grow their business through increased knowledge and practice of BNI’s system and core values. We strive to exemplify the BNI philosophy of Giver’s Gain® in all we do.
    • We foster continuous improvement in the success of our members, giving of our knowledge and experience to assist others to grow in their business.
    • We know that by supporting others, we also grow: our businesses, our skills, and our opportunities.
    • A BNI Launch Director Consultant works using the BNI system to drive the growth of BNI by opening up new chapters made up of Business profesionals, Business Executives and Entrepreneurs in the city who seek to grow and expand their various businesses.
    • BNI Director Consultant Program is a commission-based position. Directors establish chapters andoversee 1-5 chapters in a given area. A chapter size is typically 35+ members
    • This opportunity is designed to help the candidatesincrease their profitability through BNI by expanding their referral network and helping others. It is open to existing business professionals who seek to grow their network, expand their reach, make more money while making a change in the community and country.
    • Director Consultants support and help the chapter(s) they oversee increase membership, retain current members, and train and educate the members to help them get the most out of BNI.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • A minimum of 5 years experience.

    Training:

    • Successful Candidates will undergo a three day intensive Launch Director Training Program. This training may be online or offline depending on the location of the candidate.
