    National Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and product launches.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in the sector, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market, including distribution channels, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria.

    Job Summary

    • As a Sales Executive within our organization, you'll be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship building. This role is specifically designed for NYSC Corp members seeking hands-on experience in sales and business development.

    Responsibilities

    • Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services effectively.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings and address client requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, including pipeline status, activities, and achievements.

    Requirements

    • Current NYSC corp member with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    •  2 -3 years work experience.
    • Strong passion for sales and business development with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales techniques and market dynamics.
