    Night Auditor

    Responsibilities
    Head, Front Office & Reservations: Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services and is expected to perform duties including but not limited to:

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the front desk to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery.
    • Review and complete credit limit report weekly.
    • Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
    • Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly into the system, and create daily floor sheets detailing reservations.
    • Spot check staff’s work to ensure work is being done correctly and professionally.
    • Regularly plan, coordinate and implement revenue management and customer service strategies.
    • Check the sales and controls of guest service agents (GSAs) and the porter/concierges.
    • Maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell venue services.
    • Provide leadership and a climate of cooperation and respect in the department.
    • Monthly review of market analysis that captures the changing guest preferences and needs and how that impacts operations and revenue.
    • Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business including all food and drink menus ensuring the ability to provide a thorough response to customer enquiries.
    • Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.

    Requirements

    • Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years work experience in a managerial role.
    • Previous experience in similar position in the hospitality industry is required.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years work experience in a leadership capacity
    • Resident in Abuja or willing to relocate, and be readily available to commence work if successful.
    • Qualified females are strongly encouraged to apply.
    • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
