    B2B Senior Sales (Agbara)

    (Female)

    Responsibilities

    • Acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and generating new leads until they are engaged.
    • Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the company proposition
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
    • Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
    • Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Identify new leads and gather the necessary information for submissions
    • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information
    • Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings
    • Identifying new business opportunities
    • Negotiating and closing deals
    • Maintaining ongoing account management
    • Achieving sales targets

    Requirements/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field
    • Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
    • Ability to navigate basics of office suite (word/outlook/excel)
    • Interest in the financial markets.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
    • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
    • Ability to build relationships and close deals
    • Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms;
    • Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature;
    • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
    • Minimum 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience;

    Facility Management (Agbara)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage fleet operation, transportation/driver, compliances, handling security and vendor management for all
    • Maintain an effective approach for procurement strategies, and establish recommendations for the procurement of services and potential suppliers.
    • Undertake reviews of specific spend areas within a best practice framework and identify both the resource needs and process changes required for the on-going management of these procurement activities.
    • Liaise with current and potential suppliers to negotiate contracts, including the management of tender processes for the awarding of new contracts directly or supporting internal customers.
    • Develop the company’s framework within which procurement activities are conducted.
    • Design and implement methods to improve procurement data collection and analysis and a reporting framework monitoring the deliverables within each procurement category.
    • Facilitate greater cross collaboration between business units, in relation to procurement by centralizing spend areas.
    • Undertake an annual review of the company’s Sustainable Procurement Policy, and to recommend changes to the policy as relevant to Executive Team and Boards.
    • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues across the company so as to promote
    • Develop and maintain vendors / suppliers database.
    • Servicing / maintenance of all company owned fire extinguishers
    • Manage all resident files for renewals and resident retention programs and coordinate with staff to inspect all leasing team activities.
    • Coordinate with property managers to complete and verify all paperwork and manage all processes for residents and ensure compliance to timeframe.
    • Attend to facility related needs of resident expatriates.
    • Ensuring Constant supply of Electricity to the company owned facilities.
    • Supervise evacuation of septic tanks.
    • Ensuring proper functioning of office Electrical utilities (e.g. Water Dispenser, Microwave, fridges, air conditioners etc.).
    • Ensuring good functioning of the Generators.
    • Overseeing the Cleaners and Security guards.
    • Oversee civil / renovation works as may be required by the company.

    Requirements/Skills

    • B.Sc / B.A in Facility Management, Engineering, or relevant field
    • 5 – 10 years work experience as a facility manager
    • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Good analytical / critical thinking.

    Emba Printing Operator (Agbara)

    The ideal candidate must be able to run smooth production as per targeted plan with good quality and minimum wastage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • All the job should run as per daily plan with targeted Quantity and good quality.
    • He should run Emba printing Machines effectively
    • He should have good training skill to train operators
    • During production minimum resources and material should consumed as per BOM
    • Shift timing and incoming and out going timing of workers should be maintained as per shift
    • 5’s should be maintained in shop floor
    • All first piece approval should be checked carefully
    • He should have good knowledge of printing machine problems and maintenance
    • During production proper coordination to be done with respective departments- like quality, maintenance, raw material stores .
    • He should follow OEM check sheet for cleaning and oiling and maintain records.
    • Proper identification should be labeled to each material
    • consumable should be maintained with minimum and maximum level to avoid line stoppage.

    Requirements/Skills

    • HND/BSC in Engineering
    • 5-7 years prior experience in a Plastic manaufacturing is most preferred.
    • Must be able to do shfit work
