    Inventory Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

    • Maintain accurate stock records.
    • Perform Physical count of inventory.
    • Coordinating stock counting with other staff of the store.
    • Maintain tidiness of the store. 
    • Inspect incoming shipment alongside the Store Manager.
    • Coordinating Stock movements.
    • Identify potential stockout and overstock situations.
    • Ability to implement process to track inventory.
    • Ability to implement process to improve order process efficiency
    • Improve stock management efficiency: avoid out of stock, expiry dates management, day-to-day accurate inventory 
    • And other various task assigned.

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS 

    • Degree in Business administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
    • Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.
    • Proven experience in store keeping, inventory management or supply chain management.
    • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills

    E-commerce Administrator

    Tasks:

    • Contribute to the brief of the e-commerce creation with Arzeh management team and the IT development team
    • Follow up on the creation of the e-commerce website with the development team
    • Manage the e-commerce back office
    • Monitor website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing
    • Data analysis – provide data about the traffic, sales, engagement…of the e-commerce site, on a regular basis
    • Data analysis – analyze of consumers behaviors and preferences, and analyze sales report
    • Data analysis – suggest and implement strategy based on data collected, to improve the traffic and sales on the e-commerce website, to generate organic website traffic
    • Forecast sales per location and estimate stock requirements
    • Monitor and update the e-commerce site with new prices, new products, inventory…. Make sure information are accurate all the time
    • Monitor e-commerce inventory stock to avoid out-of-stock on the website
    • Day to day management of the e-commerce site to make sure there is no IT issues, no logistics issues…
    • Solve any challenges e-customers may have while purchasing on the e-commerce site
    • Inspect and upload consumer product reviews and respond to queries
    • Coordinate with the Sales Manager to plan promotional offers and product discounts on the e-commerce site

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

    • 2+ years related experience in the e-commerce industry / experience of updating and maintaining e-Commerce systems is a plus
    • Prior experience in back-end operational functions
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build good internal relationships
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Good organization, communication and time management skills
    • Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to details

    Online Communication Strategist

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create brand guidelines for Arzeh and Sliquors
    • Design social media strategies aligned with the brands guidelines for Arzeh, Sliquors and our beverages brands
    • Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
    • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
    • Create B to B on-line presence for Arzeh
    • Liaise with graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
    • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new product launches
    • Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media activity and web traffic and ROI
    • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
    • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
    • Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
    • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

    QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

    • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
    • Hands on experience using digital and social media for brand awareness
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • An ability to identify target audience preferences and content to meet them
