    OnTrade Relationship Officer

    Responsibilities-

    AMBERSSADOR

    • Use your unique personality to showcase this premium brand.
    • Bring the brand to life, from the trendiest lounge and bars, the clubs in town, and the biggest festivals, to the most private and exclusive events.
    • Provide excellence and take responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products wherever you go.

    ALLIANCE BUILDER

    • As our relationship officer, you will work to strengthen and nurture our long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
    • Create and maintain a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and HORECA scenes spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Amber Energy Drink.
    • Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your assigned territory.

    TAKING OWNERSHIP

    • Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing activities for your territory.
    • Know your territory like the back of your hand, keep an eye on the latest trends, and maintain a sharp look-out for new opportunities-winning them for Amber.
    • Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Amber Drinks.

    INDISPENSABLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT

    • Make every appointment with your customers the highlight of their day.
    • They look forward to benefiting from your insightful thoughts, astute observations & strategic considerations.
    • Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Amber Drinks, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals.
    • Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, coming up with new and innovative ways to keep Amber Energy Drink number one in the On Premise sector.

    LEADERSHIP

    • Take full responsibility for the On-Premise sales and marketing team of Amber brand promoters ensuring that customers chose and preferred Amber while having fun.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Minimum of HND/BSc.
    • Experience: 3 years minimum in Sales and marketing positions
    • Must be able to drive with a valid driver’s license.
    • Must be able to operate a Smart Phone
    • Basic knowledge in MS office suite Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
    • Well-networked, have established contacts in the night scene
    • Experience in the beverage industry, entertainment and/or events, hospitality and catering would be an added advantage
    • Flexibility and independence, no two days and, more importantly, no two nights are the same.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and planning and negotiation skills

    Regional Sales Manager

    • To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operation of a store (or number of stores) while taking accountability for reaching targets.
    • You should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.
    • Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

    Responsibilities

    • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
    • Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation
    • Evaluate store and individual performances
    • Report on regional sales results
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
    • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
    • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
    • Familiarity with CRM software
    • Understanding of store operations
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
    • Minimum 3 year sales and management experience in the mobile telecommunications field.
    • Excellent in teams management
    • Availability to travel as needed
