    Organizational Development specialist-HR

    Job Summary

    • The OD Specialist will work closely with various business units to understand and address current and future workforce and capability needs. The role involves designing and implementing organizational development (OD) strategies that enhance business performance. You will be responsible for conducting organizational diagnostics, workforce planning, succession planning, employee recognition programs, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

    Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

    • Organization Development Strategy: Lead the execution of the organization’s development strategy, including job analysis, development plans, and targeted interventions.
    • Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Provide expert guidance on organization design, workforce planning, and change management across key projects.
    • Internal Consultancy: Serve as an internal consultant, advising business leaders and line managers on organizational development practices.
    • Program Design & Implementation: Design and implement initiatives aligned with OD strategy to enhance organizational capability, culture, and performance.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ensure the expectations of internal customers and key stakeholders are understood and met through effective communication and relationship management.
    • Competency Framework Development: Collaborate with management and the people team to create an effective competency framework aligned with business objectives.
    • Project Management: Manage project plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans for approved initiatives from assessment through implementation.
    • Workforce & Succession Planning: Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning to ensure organizational readiness.
    • Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities: Stay current with all administrative, auditing, and reporting obligations.
    • HR Program Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of HR programs, including recruitment, retention, compensation, benefits, and learning & development initiatives.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an organizational development role.
    • Additional Qualification: Professional training or certification in Organizational Development (OD) is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge: Strong background in OD theories, tools, and techniques, along with experience driving change in complex environments.
    • Learning & Development: Proven experience in creating learning interventions that support a high-performance culture.

    Skills

    • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Expertise in change management and the ability to lead organizational transitions.

    Enterprise Sales Executive

    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    • The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for selling the company’s services and meeting customer needs. This role ensures customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process. The Sales Executive acts as the primary point of contact between the business and its prospects/clients, identifying and educating potential customers while providing support to existing clients with relevant information and assistance regarding the company's services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generating Leads: Identify and generate potential leads for business growth.
    • Sell Company’s Products and Services: Convert leads into sales by offering company products and services that meet customer needs.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent after-sales support.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed set sales goals within the specified timeline.
    • Market Analysis: Analyze the potential of assigned territories/markets, track sales performance, and provide detailed reports.
    • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and sales presentations for management review.
    • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, offering seamless support and resolving any issues promptly.
    • Onboarding New ISPs: Onboard new Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and monitor their progress toward daily sales targets.
    • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on competitive trends and market conditions to enhance sales strategies.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and inter-departmental synergy.
    • Sales Initiation: Initiate sales conversations with potential customers through phone calls, social media, and email.
    • Data Documentation: Collect, document, and manage customer information to support sales conversion efforts.
    • Customer Database Management: Keep an updated list of prospects and existing customer base.

    Educational Qualification:

    • Minimum of a B.Sc./HND in a relevant course of study.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-year sales experience in the ISP industry.
    • 2-3 years of general sales experience.
    • Proven ability to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
