    Pastry Chef

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods.
    • Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
    • The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.
    • They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs
    • Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
    • Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
    • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
    • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
    • Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
    • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
    • Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
    • Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
    • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
    • Meet with customers to discuss custom-made desserts or baked goods for special occasions

    Requirements / Skills

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 4 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role
    • Great attention to detail and creativity
    • Organizing and leadership skills
    • Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
    • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
    • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
    • Food Managers Certificate required.

    Graphics Designer / Video Editor

    Locations: Abuja (FCT), Asaba - Delta, Abeokuta - Ogun and Ibadan - Oyo

    Job Description

    • Develop visually engaging graphics along with visual and audio concepts for the purpose of product illustrations and logos.
    • Present design drafts to the relevant managers and must be flexible in incorporating any feedback given into future design.
    • Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts on behalf of the company.
    • Work on digital video former conversion and compression.
    • Regularly find creative and technical solutions to post production problems.
    • Creation of re-edit and cut downs of online trailers, to spots and other marketing assets.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a BSc in relevant fields with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
    • Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
    • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
    • A strong eye for visual composition.
    • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
    • Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Light works, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut).
    • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
    • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
    • Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.

    Medical Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Implementation of the standard operating procedures for the facility
    • Participation in revisions of standard operating procedures
    • Maintain scheduled / preventative maintenance of equipment
    • Maintain scheduled and as needed maintenance of facility
    • Environmental monitoring

    Requirements

    • Experience in clinical research and familiarity with clinical research practices and principles
    • Experience in clinical, medical, and laboratory procedures
    • Experience in clinical trial studies
