    Performance Management Specialist

    Job Description:

    Performance Management Specialist:

    • Develops and executes programs and projects to evaluate, measure and improve employee performance. 
    • Analyzes the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance and provides reports to the management. 
    • Ensures that organizational projects meets budgets and deadlines.
    • Responsible for the development of training programs aimed at aligning employee performance with organizational goals. 

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • 2 - 4 years of Post NYSC experience is required as a generalist with performance management specialist experience.
    • Must be working or have worked in a Consultancy firm.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    • Source for the most reliable suppliers for items at a reasonable price and ensure supply in good time

    • Coordinate the central supply of items

    • Follow up with account on vendor payment and escalate in peculiar cases

    • Carry out Market survey of products

    • Communicate prices of items to outlet in good time

    • Proper vendor management

    Qualifications

    • A HND/Bsc or equivalent

    • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems

    • Two (2) years previous experience as procurement officer

    • Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage

    Junior Architect - Entry Level

    Job Description

    • Site reconnaissance for proposed new site

    • Design and drawing conceptualization for new outlet, including equipment electrical ceiling layout.

    • Carry assignments to completion with considerable independence in accordance with project objectives, professional standards, and policies and procedures

    • Inspect and supervises the inspection of construction projects while in progress and upon completion for adherence to plans and specification; advises contractors on the interpretation of plans and specifications; approves minor designs changes in the course of the construction; reviews contractors’ requests for payment.

    • Conducts research and special studies pertaining to buildings and facilities development and maintenance; prepares reports and recommendations for the review of a superior.

    • Prepares materials, writes construction specifications, and prepares detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.

    • Wall elevations and detailed construction drawings

    • Assist in visual presentations (interiors and exteriors) for club and eatery

    • Knowledge on site supervision and project management

    Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in Architecture or Environmental Design.

    • Incumbent generally must be a fresh graduate and has 1 - 2 years of experience as an architect with at least one years of Architectural internship experience. Some field experience required.

    • Functional and Technical Skills, Action Oriented, Thoroughness, Innovation, demonstrated AUTOCAD, REVIT and Corel Draw competency is a MUST.

    • Other software will be an added advantage.

    • Candidate should also come with portfolio of his previous project

    • Candidate must be able to reside or commute to Lagos Island

    Human Resource Officer

    Job Description

    About the Role

    The Place has chosen the following concepts to play in, within the nightlife space:

    • Outdoor Bar (Sit-outs);

    You are to coordinate, direct and supervise all the activities of human resources functions for The Place Nightlife business and Hotels, which include but not limited to recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for executing and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, onboarding, contract administration staffing, learning and development, performance mentoring and employee counseling.
    • Maintain, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software’s.
    • Assist in managing various HR projects in line with the company strategy and objectives.
    • Oversee the health and safety of all employees
    • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
    • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
    • Support the performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties, and process for promotion.
    • Responsible for a new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay.
    • Conduct research on uniforms as well as globally acceptable practices in line with the nightlife industry.

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource management, and other similar degrees.

    • 3 years of previous work experience as a HR generalist
    • Keen attention to details and strong sense of confidentiality
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
    • General knowledge of the principles and practices of HR administration;
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines
    • Competency in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrates good judgment
    • Approachable and professional
    • Solid problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Well organized.
