    Pharmacy Technician

    Summary

    • The ideal candidate would be expected to work with licensed pharmacists to help prepare and dispense prescriptions to patients and medical providers
    • Ensure that prescriptions are filled properly and quickly
    • Responsible for delivering medications to patients and processes pharmacy purchases and also keep stock of medications on hand and let pharmacists know  when orders are needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Deal directly with patients in obtaining medical information and dispensing prescriptions.
    • Dispense prescription drugs and other healthcare items to patients as directed by licensed pharmacist.
    • Handle clerical duties, such as answering phones, placing orders and operating the cash register.
    • Counts, pours ,mixes, packages, label and prices prescription medications.
    • Collects, sorts and evaluates patient medical information.
    • Takes inventory of prescription and over the counter medications and other pharmaceutical products and records result.

    • The ideal candidate will be an experienced Accountant who has experience in Audit and financial Modeling.
    • She/he would oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
    • The Accountant's responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
    • The Candidate should possess excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Manage the overall accounting and bookkeeping for the organization including accounts payable and receivable, and capital assets, banking, tax and payroll functions / fringe benefit computations.
    • To manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed external auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required timelines.
    • Ensure timely preparation and rendition of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and the timely filing of the AFS with the relevant statutory agencies.

    • Creating financial models on performing business units, customer, competitor, and cost analyses
    • Ensure all expenses are within assigned cost or profit centre budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payment vouchers
    • Produce full sets (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements) of periodic management account and other financial documents for the management of the company in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures, running full variance analysis, financial ratios and detailed note to the accounts to give actionable perspectives to the numbers
    • Assisting in investigating and resolving queries relating to invoices.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Bsc or its equivalent in Accounting and / or Finance from a reputable university
    • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, ICAN), MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an advantage

    Quality Assurance Officer

    Our client, a Health Insurance company in Nigeria requires the services of a suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

    Summary

    • The ideal candidate must be a Professional Doctor, who would work with our Provider Relations Team, Customer Success Teams, Claims and Underwriting teams and make sure that excellent and high-quality service is provided to clients across all provider networks while ensuring resolution of complicated claims and limiting fraud.
    • He /She will have major responsibility for managing the relationship between the company, our providers, and our enrollees.
    • The ideal Candidate would be demanded to track waste, fraud, and/or error from initial point of access to care by enrollees to final claims filing by the Provider.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the Provider's Team to ensure the minimum standards for quality are met before sign up.
    • Inspect and evaluate hospitals to ensure compliance with basic standards.
    • Carry out physical inspection at the assigned provider's office using the checklist.
    • Investigate complicated claims by checking the case folder and speaking to the Enrollee and the doctor.
    • Escalate fraudulent cases to the Committee of Doctors.
    • Update Providers' dashboard, and implement resolutions.
    • Recommend changes to improve the efficiencies in the systems and process of the Provider Relations as well as the Claims team.
    • Recognize and fix areas of weakness in the system to limit potential for fraud
    • Carry out regular hospital quality checks.

    • Visit patients in the hospital to ensure they are getting medically necessary care, quality care and that the care is being delivered as efficiently and economically as possible.
    • Anticipates the patient's future health care needs and tries to put in place mechanisms to meet those needs as efficiently as possible
    • Ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness of medical services provided to clients
    • Takes initiative to present ideas and suggestions to leadership
