    Job Summary

    • The candidate is responsible for installing pipes, valves, and fittings in commercial or residential structures to ensure everything operates smoothly.
    • In addition, he will analyze plumbing emergencies when necessary, fixing them if possible.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
    • Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
    • Fitting and repairing various household appliances.
    • Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
    • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.

    Senior Maintenance Technician - Plumbing

    Job Description

    • The Plumbing Maintenance Technician will oversee the installation, inspection and repairs of pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of our building’s fixtures operate correctly.
    • This will include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily routine checks of water pumps, hydrant pump, water treatment plants, sprinkler, sewage treatment & swimming pool.
    • Periodic maintenance /service of clogged drains, faucets, pipes, control valves.
    • Prompt response to all plumbing faults, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
    • Maintain run pumps & heaters; install, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
    • Installation, repair and maintenance of sanitary wares & features, unclog drainpipes and mend defected pipes. Carry out any other duty as requested by the Head of facilities.
    • Periodic backwash of swimming pool, water treatment & sewage treatment;
    • ensuring regular pool water quality, chlorine & PH balance.
    • Respond to swimming pool related work orders and repair non-functioning machinery or equipment and other maintenance tasks.
    • Install, examine the installed system for any leakages, repair and carry out general preventative procedures on all plumbing systems.
    • Diagnose faults, repair and maintain swimming pools, water systems, filter systems, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
    • Keep records of all plumbing maintenance and repair work conducted, including a record supplied orders, and used kits.
    • Work from different locations, when required.
    • Perform ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time.

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Geoscientist with a robust background in the oil and gas sector, specializing in the integration and analysis of geological, geophysical, and petrophysical data to optimize exploration and production strategies.
    • Proven expertise in geological mapping, reservoir characterization, and 3D modelling to support field development and resource estimation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Integrate geological, petrophysical, geophysical, and field data to understand regional geology and reservoir architecture.
    • Collect and analyze geological, geophysical, reservoir, and production data.
    • Generate and interpret geological data, including creating maps, cross-sections, and 3D models.
    • Conduct field evaluations, development planning, resource maturation, and risk mitigation.
    • Interpret seismic and well data to define subsurface geological structures and stratigraphy.
    • Perform comprehensive reservoir characterization studies, including log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy, and conceptual 3D geological modeling (facies and reservoir properties).
    • Use geological data (wells, seismic, etc.), reservoir properties, and production data to estimate Original Oil in Place (OOIP) and evaluate production performance.
    • Contribute to field development plans through the identification, planning, maturation, and execution of well opportunities.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in a relevant Earth Science discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-NYSC experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team, interacting with other Earth scientists and engineers (including reservoir, production, well, and facilities engineers).
    • Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience in data management and quality control.
    • Proficiency in geological software, including Petrel and 3D modelling programs.
