    Procurement Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure the availability of high-quality materials and services.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key vendors.
    • Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions that contribute to cost savings.
    • Implement cost-effective procurement strategies without compromising quality or service.
    • Manage relationships with existing suppliers, monitor performance, and address any issues promptly.
    • Identify and onboard new suppliers, conducting thorough assessments to ensure alignment with company standards.
    • Lead contract negotiations and review terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
    • Collaborate with legal and other relevant departments to ensure contract compliance.
    • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Supervise and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Must have 3-6 years experience
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in the health care industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

    Health Information Management (HIM) Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    As a Health Information Management Officer, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Oversee the organization and maintenance of electronic and paper health records.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information.
    • Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures in compliance with coding guidelines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
    • Certified Health Information Management Professional.
    • Proven experience in health information management, medical coding, and record-keeping.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in the use of health information systems and electronic health records.
    • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecology

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Obstetrician and Gynaecology Consultant to contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients, contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting thorough assessments, diagnoses, and developing treatment plans for obstetric and gynecologic patients.
    • Performing a wide range of surgical procedures related to obstetrics and gynecology.
    • Providing expert consultation and collaborating with other medical specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
    • Participating in departmental meetings, grand rounds, and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical protocols.
    • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior medical staff and residents.
    • Staying abreast of the latest developments in obstetrics and gynecology through continued education and professional development.

    The Person

    • The job holder must have a license to practice medicine from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and should be a licensed O&G practitioner certified by the West African College of Surgeons or the National Post graduate Medical College.
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
    • Knowledge of O & G and other specialist areas of medical practice such as oncology, pathology, radiology and pediatrics.
    • The job holder must have good communication skills, a strong ability to work well under extreme pressure and self discipline
    • Job holder must have a working knowledge of global quality assurance, clinical audit principles and processes and must exhibit a commitment towards continuous quality improvement.
    • Must show evidence of competence in management of o & G cases and evidence of active participation in relevant research.
