ReelFruit is seeking a Project Associate to support the kickoff of a 2-year project, focusing on market research, coordinating and finalizing the work plan, as well as other general project tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct Market Research to validate key aspects of the project.
• Gather all administrative data required to prepare the final work plan.
• Work closely with teams to develop standard reporting templates and a reporting calendar for all report submissions (establishing clear internal and external deadlines).
• Facilitate tracking USAID donor reports in collaboration with fundraiser staff to support donor stewardship.
•  Work proactively with team members to upload all relevant documents to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data and create reports to facilitate program and donor grants data analysis in collaboration with the Program teams.
• Perform special projects as needed.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements    

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience preferably in a donor reporting function
•  Proficiency with systems, complex data structures and applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with data-intensive analysis; Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proven ability to prioritize, work in a team and independently, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with departments across the organization
•  Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.

The Internal Audit Officer will be critical in providing independent and objective evaluations of the company’s financial and operational activities. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and supporting risk management efforts. The Internal Audit Officer will report to the Internal Control & Compliance Lead and will work closely with various departments to enhance overall business efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of risk
• Develop audit programs based on the annual audit plan
• Execute regular audits and Conduct audit fieldwork based on the audit program and plan
• Prepare audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement
• Monitoring implementation of corrective actions
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Conduct a follow-up audit and report to the ICC lead
• Review expenditures and financial transactions based on established guidelines
• Regular revenue accounts and transaction reviews and verification
• Contribute to process, policies and procedures improvement and development
• Travel to regional offices to conduct periodic and special audits
• Identify operational and control weakness
• Conduct internal control checks as required
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• BSc/HND Degree in Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in internal audit, control, and compliance within a manufacturing company.
• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working with ERP and accounting software such as Odoo, Tally, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software.
• ACA, ACCA, or CIA certifications are an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Willingness to travel to other states within Nigeria as required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
