    Public Relations / Marketing Specialist (Healthcare)

    Responsibilities

    • Marketing: Prepare and execute marketing strategies in the creation of print and digital marketing materials including brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Manage distributions to key outlets to ensure timely delivery.
    • Advertising: Work with local, regional, and national outlets to place paid advertisements or coordinate promotional partnerships for the organization while keeping within the departmental budget.
    • Social Media: create and maintain social media calendars, and plan, and coordinate mission-driven content. Must maintain organizational voice on social channels and external communications and balance the needs of different departments and priorities.
    • Graphic Design: create in-house graphics, photo collages, website graphics, signage, program flyers, and paid media advertisements as needed.
    • Website: Working knowledge of WordPress to update content, refresh imagery, and monitor the organization's website. Publications: Manage the design and distribution of the organization's print and/or digital publications.
    • General PR: Write and distribute organizational media releases, manage photo opportunities, host press outlets and film crews on-site, and facilitate successful press experiences.
    • Community Relations: Participate with the entire team as an ambassador for the organization in the community - forging partnerships, identifying collaborative opportunities, and serving on committees for community initiatives as needed.
    • Search Engine Optimization: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. This involves keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and monitoring search engine algorithm changes.
    • Apart from the above duties and responsibilities, your job description may be modified by the Company from time to time as decided by the Management.
    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Healthcare Management, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
    • Professional certification from any relevant professional body is an added advantage.

    Quality Control Trainee

    Job Description

    • You will be in charge of carrying out the tasks of the laboratory: Quality control analysis, application of formulas of flavours/fragrances developed, storage and identification of standard samples.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply the necessary pilot flavours/fragrances for the development of the flavours/fragrances, if applicable.
    • Prepare all the application samples that must be sent, according to the Sample Note from the Commercial Department.
    • Operate analytical instruments,such as GC-MS and HPLC,to analyze flavour and fragrance compounds.
    • Interpret analytical data and conclude product quality and composition.
    • Develop and validate new analytical methods.
    • Organoleptic control of the flavours/fragrances. Identify non-conforming products for improvements.
    • Confirm the stability of the applications of flavours/fragrances applied.
    • Keep the database and records of the department updated.
    • Maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and instruments.
    • Order and location of the applications and aromas used.
    • Support to the Depts. R&D, Samples and/or Quality Control
    • Quality control of raw materials, and incoming bases.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
    • Document all work activities and findings accurately.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the flavour and fragrance industry.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
    • 0-2 years experience.
    • Minimum Second Class Upper
    • Not more than 28 years
    • Knowledge of quality control methods.
    • Experience in fragrance (perfume industry), beverage industry and FMCG.
    • Basic knowledge of the making of confectioneries, beverages and pastries is an added advantage.
    • Mastery of computer tools and spreadsheet.

    Job Description

    • Prospection of professional clients, propose technical solutions according to customers’ needs and negotiate commercial customers’ needs.
    • Ensure commercial developments and proper follow-up of the assigned client’s portfolios
    • Conduct market surveys (market insights and analyses) monitor sales and submit regular visit reports
    • Managed and built a strong relationship with clients

    Northern HR Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design compensation and benefits packages
    • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
    • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
    • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
    • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
