    Restaurant Manager (Male)

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking for a top-level restaurant manager with excellent customer service and good business acumen to drive its operations. If you have the necessary experience and expertise, please read on.

    Responsibilities / Deliverables

    • Create staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
    • Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
    • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
    • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
    • Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
    • Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality preferred
    • 5 - 7 years of food and beverage service industry experience required
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
    • Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
    • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication.

    Overview

    • We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
    • The responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices.

    Expected Salary
    N100,000 per month plus sales bonuses.
