    Revenue Assurance & Accounts Receivable Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Cash Collections: Actively manage assigned accounts receivable balances to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments, while minimizing bad debt exposure.
    • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve payment issues that cause delays, such as short payments, tax-related discrepancies, and unmet customer payment requirements.
    • Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with customers via email and phone to address open invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure alignment with payment terms.
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Account Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders, to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth customer interactions.
    • Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile customer payments against open balances, resolve any discrepancies, and process refunds as needed.
    • System Updates & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in all relevant systems, ensuring that data is up-to-date for management to review and assist with cash flow forecasting.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve collections processes, enhance efficiency, and support automation initiatives.
    • Tax & Compliance: Collaborate with customers and tax authorities to address any payment-related tax issues and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Accounting Support: Assist with month-end and quarter-end accounting close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • General Support: Provide assistance to the finance team with other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

    Requirements
    Qualification and Experience:

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • 3+ years of collections / account receivables experience.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Good Interpersonal Skills
    • 2+ years of collections / account receivables experience.
    • Highly motivated and able to manage own workload independently and efficiently
    • Proficient with Excel
    • Capable of managing a variety of tasks and effectively assessing the priority and urgency of each.
    • Ability to work within a global team
    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

    Sales Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities

    • To create, guide and direct new business development opportunities aligning to current business strategy
    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas by acquiring new accounts.
    • Identify, articulate and execute new opportunities and business propositions
    • Prepare and present detailed business cases to the Head of Business Development
    • Develop and provide data on markets, customer and competitor activity
    • Work alongside with team members to ensure they have all the support, advice, tools and training to hit their targets
    • Meet with clients in a sales environment to drive business sales and knowledge
    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of industry, clients and roles
    • Makes relevant sales appointments with clients
    • Team with other employees to make sure clients job requirements can be fulfilled
    • Generate new leads
    • Continuously find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
    • Work with the Sales director and marketing to develop new sales strategies
    • Continuously discover target markets and advantages of other companies
    • Develop new accounts and build relationships with the clients.
    • Report on own performance and tracking against targets to line manager.

    Qualification and Experience

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience of face-to-face client engagement.
    • Strong Sales negotiation and sales closing skills
    • Demonstrable success in new business sales; you should have a proven track record of delivering growth within a complex client portfolio
    • The ability to be innovative and creative where you can challenge conventional thinking and push the boundaries of established practise
    • Excellent computer skills including Word / Excel / Powerpoint
    • History of achieving personal and divisional sales targets
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
