    Sales Executive (Solar, Inverter and Battery)

    Job Summary

    Looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our power products including Inverters, Solar Inverter Batteries, and Solar Panels.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for power products.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
    • Conduct market research about industry trends, NPD, competitor activities and customer needs.
    • Provide regular sales reports to management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or a related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience within the power industry.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong knowledge of power products and the power market.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners and stakeholders.

    Human Resource Business Partner

    Salary: 300k - 350k

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagement
    • Develop, implement, and manage staff performance and professional development plan
    • Administer HR policies & procedures and periodic updates on the employee handbook 
    • Assist staff with HR-related questions & issues and provide periodic communication on benefits 
    • Facilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc.
    • Manage monthly coordination of KPI activities, harmonization of monthly reporting, and staff TGIF 

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Human Resource Management 
    • People sourcing, performance management and engagement process 
    • HR Legal framework (Labour Act, Pension Reform Act, ECA, ITF, etc)
    • Management Information Systems 
    • Learning and Development 
    • People Data Analytics 
    • Facility management/Office Administration

    • Able to foster teamwork
