    Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
    • Develop and manage a team of sales professionals comprising a Digital sale, offline sales, Business development, and corporate partnerships
    • Develop and implement comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities to create new markets and achieve targeted sales 
    • Oversee the development and management of a realtor sales network, growing their engagement with the company and their annual sales turnover
    • Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools
    • Participate in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure 
    • Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking to effectively balance competing priorities.
    • Educate investors about the market trends, keeping them aware of the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in the company’s properties.
    •  Scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
    • Receive and incorporate feedback from customers to improve personal and business performance.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • A Master's Degree / MBA may be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience in real estate/realtor/sales, offline and online/digital marketing, and business development.
    • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry (Realtor) trends.
    • Evidence of Leading & delivering results.

    Marketing Associate

    Job Description:

    • Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reputation.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, e.g. Google ads and social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter Snapchat, and Tok-tok), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other online initiatives.
    • Monitor social media trends, customer feedback on Google Business, and analytics to ensure alignment with business ethos 
    • Collaborate with the sales, content marketing, and senior management team to develop result-oriented strategies to achieve set objectives.
    • Utilize various analytics tools to track key performance metrics and generate regular reports for the company.
    • Propose best practices, make data-driven recommendations, and regularly share learnings and inspirations within the team whilst implementing learnings from others.
    • Effectively manage partner agencies to ensure proper execution of marketing activities, brand communication, leads generation and ensure proper monitoring and tracking of campaign performance and initiatives
    • Ensuring all design and content requirements from all sales channels are efficiently met. This includes but is not limited to sales campaigns, Client/Realtors Promotions, Brochures, Subscription forms, Flyers, etc. 
    • Organize offline marketing campaigns such as TV ads, Radio ads, flyer distribution estate & mall activations, newspaper inserts, etc.

    Qualifications 

    • First Degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in offline and online/digital marketing and advertising 
    • In-depth knowledge of online advertising, trade activations, Videography, and creative design

    Accountant

    Job Role

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the real estate business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including property managers and executives, to gather financial information and provide relevant insights.
    • Manage cash flow by monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, optimizing cash reserves, and recommending appropriate financing options.
    • Perform periodic audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax filings, providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate accounting, and make recommendations for process improvements.
    • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.
    • Uphold confidentiality of financial information and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
    • ICAN, ACCA, etc is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Business Development Associate

    Job Description:

    • Develop, train, and supervise a team of field sales officers to sell the company’s properties and generate revenue primarily via offline channels
    • Develop customized offline marketing plans for key business development relationships.
    • Develop, design, and implement a business plan strategy
    • Identify sales leads, pitch products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
    • Build referral and lead generation networks.

    Qualifications
