    Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging) 

    Our client, a manufacturer of plastics and household appliances, is seeking to hire an experienced professional in the following role:

    Responsibilities 

    • ensure that  revenue and profit targets are achieved.
    • Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
    • Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
    • Implementation of territory growth strategies.
    • Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
    • Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
    • Identifying and developing sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.

    Production Pharmacist

    A Pharmaceutical Company with a wide range of pharmaceutical/health care products is seeking to recruit a pharmacist with experience in the below role:

     *Responsibilities* 

    • Interaction and coordination with pharmacy practice and regulatory bodies/agencies(SON, NAFDAC, PCN, etc) 
    • Ensuring that regulatory requirements are complied with to the satisfaction of the relevant agencies.
    • Guiding company to comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Participating in advocacy and public corporate responsibility 
    • Make sure clear lines of accountability exist and that retrievable audit trails for documentation relating to the operation of the company are kept.
    • Development and registration of imported formulations and other pharmaceutical products.
    • Regular warehouse inspection.
    • Coordination of import of finished formulations, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and other medical/pharmaceutical products.
    • Registration of premises for distribution and wholesale when required.
    • Handle compliance issues relating to the import and registration of imported products
    • Monitoring continuous improvement of good Manufacturing Practices on the process by process basis 
    •  Responsible for the authorization of manufacturing process, releasing, and delivery of finished goods
    • Responsible for registering the company premises and carries out regulation as contained in chapter 152 of the pharmacy law

     *Requirements* 

    • Pharmacy Degree, An (MSc) may be an advantage but is not essential.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ appropriate Regulatory Experience
    • Knowledge of the Local regulatory environment and how this impacts regulatory strategy and implementation.
    • Knowledge of drug development practice, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Communication skills

    • Understands Pharmaceutical Industry

    Internal Audit Officer

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Evaluate, advice and report on the processes by which significant risks are managed and the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of internal control with emphasis on financial, commercial and compliance processes.
    • Manage audit projects and activities Leveraging a risk-based approach, determine audit scope and identify risks and implications; 
    • Develop audit programs, oversee the conduct of the audit and preparation of audit and supporting documentation using the end to end one audit methodology.
    • Plan, develop and perform financial, operational and compliance risk-based audits for all areas.
    • Track results of prior audits, identify audit themes across organizations and facilitate appropriate corrective action
    • Assess and appraise business operations to provide Management with an evaluation of internal controls.
    • Assess Management’s level of compliance with established policies, procedures and standards, as well as the adequacy of internal controls within business and financial processes and operation.
    • Perform data analytics procedures and systems back-end validation testing.
    • Conduct special investigation or reviews at the request of management such as those required to discover mechanics of unusual trend to develop protective and detective controls.
    • Manage external auditors.
    • Assist management in executing business health, compliance and risk management procedures such as customer stock level review and monitoring.

    Requirements;

    •  Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience with background in audit, compliance and/or business partnering.
    • Up to date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgment.
